I have mixed feelings about this book. Personally this book should not have taken me a week to read but unfortunately it did. I’m having a love hate relationship with some of the characters and I’m liking Dylan more in this story. Paul is possessive when it comes to Ash in this book but also seems to want to make things less tense with him and Dylan. I really did not like Bridgette in this story at all and felt she adds so much drama to their lives. Also I wonder even more about what happened between Dylan and Paul. I feel like there’s more to the story and has to do with Ash. Also I’m a little worried that this bet is going to blow up in Ash’s face again but I will have to read the third one for that. There’s so much back and forth in these books that I don’t know who Ash is going to end up with honestly. Part of me wondered if something was going to happen with her and Dylan but things took a different turn. I felt bad for Ash when she didn’t get certain things but I’m curious to see what happens with college, Paul, Dylan and Nora.
I enjoyed this book. It was a great collection to the first one. Now my feelings about Dylan from the first book at the end were kind of sour. But now I actually like Dylan more. I don’t like how Paul is possessive over Ash when they are around Dylan. Now, I’m shipping Ashley with Dylan and Paul. I don’t know who I like better with her, so whoever she ends up with; I’m happy either way. I like the added character Sabrina, I loved her spunky and silly personality. Also, it’s supposed to be sisters before misters; and Ash broke that rule with Nora; which upset me. Also, I feel like Taylor was missed in this book; it just seemed a bit off. But this is a must read, go in read swimming upstream than running in circles. They are both such great books.
Two big things I still want to know: 1. What did Andrea blackmail Ashley into to get him to date her? 2. Why aren’t Paul and Dylan friends anymore? What happened with them?
Let me just say I am a TEAM DYLAN person and he really knows Ash and he makes sure to ask her how things are going school, college, grades heck even Paul. She is so blind to see what is right in front of her. Paul on the other hand has secrets I can feel it he is hiding things and is using Ash as a trophy in some ways and he is so negative about somethings and never really seems to care what is going on with Ash until it is either brought up to him like when Dylan kind of went off on him for having Bridget over to his house and stuff. I cannot express how much I love this book and recommend it to everyone. Cannot wait for book 3 and wish there would be more when they go off to college.

This book has a lot of emotion. It’s the second book in the series and it is a lot of fun. There were a couple of points that I didn’t like. The characters kept feeling mixed. At times I liked them, and then I was hesitating or doubting their reality. Ash wasn’t the best heroine but she felt realistic. She was insecure but grew throughout the novel. This story also felt like we just jumped in. I would have liked to have some background.

This series serious gave me the feels!! I love the characterization and the chemistry between the MC and a certain character. I'm reviewing after I've read all the books so I know who wins and I'm very pleased with that. This was a great buildup to third book, but doesn't lack in plot. It doesn't feel like a "filler".
