Candy and Ben don't have a great start when they first meet and some of the things Candy does has me questioning her sanity but I love how Ben leaves her be. I didn't feel this all consuming chemistry and attraction between them to begin with but it does slowly develop. It's sweet.

Candy is sweeter
Candy Canes is the third book in the Holiday Hotties series and is the story of Ben and Candace "Candy".
Candy has returned to her hometown of Ribbon Cove, Colorado to spend the holidays with her four best friends. But just like her love life of late her car, Ava, has decided it wants to fail her. It is the car she was given by her father when she turned sixteen and she is not ready to let it go yet. But there are more changes coming as Candy quickly discovers while talking with the handsome and sexy mechanic. It seems her father has made some major changes without ever telling her - he has sold her childhood home and moved into a retirement community.
Ben is the owner of the Cove Car Center and is the one who hooked up Candy's car and towed it to the garage when it broke down. When he checks out Candy's car he determines that fixing it would cost more than it is worth. So when he tells her that he is not quite ready for her reaction, even though he should have been because she is a redhead.
Candy wants her car towed to her father's house but when she tells Ben the address there is confusion to say the least. The house is now owned by Ben as he bought it when her father had put it up for sale. Well that makes things even more interesting between them. Then add in the fact that they are both instantly attracted to each other but she shutting him down at every turn because she is so upset at him, even though both the car and the house are not his fault technically. So Ben is going to have to work to convince Candy to give him another chance. If she does he soon discovers that Candy is so much sweeter but with a nice hit of fiery heat.
This is a wonderful addition to the this Christmas themed series. The story-line kept my interest and I loved the characters and their interactions. I felt for Candy as in less than an hour her world is shaken and flipped upside down by two major changes she was not ready for. Ben is fun as he never has a reaction to other women like he has to Candy. He is a good and honest man who knows that Candy is meant to be his and he needs to figure out a way to convince her of that.

Candy Canes: Holiday Hotties 3 by Brynn Hale is the third book in the series its Ben and Candace "candy " story..Candy headed home to spend her holiday with her friends when her car Ava died on her same as her love life.Her car is very special to her because her father gave it to her on her sixteen birthday so she went to a repair sho to fix her car..Ben is a hot and sexy Mechanic who owned the repair shop and when he saw a gorgeous,sassy woman asking to fix her car,Ben went and towed her car and found out that its not worth it to fix the car, she got mad because her car is her baby so when she gave her address to towed her car to her father place he was confused and told her that she have a wrong address,annoyed she called her father and asked and found out that hes telling the truth when her father told her that he sold the house to Ben..Ben is mesmirized to the red head woman who has a sharp tongue and he feel something that he never felt before and he knew that Candy is the woman for him,the only thing he needs to do is win her heart and to be his candy forever!! A short,sweet,entertaining,steamy instalove romance that you will love and enjoy!

Candy returns home to Ribbon Cove to spend some holiday time with her friends. Before she gets there, her car named ‘Ava’ breaks down. Ben, owner of the Cove Car Center, tows her car to his garage and tells her fixing it would cost much more than it was worth. She takes his insult very personally and is furious. She demands he tows it to her father’s house… which is HIS house since her father moved to a retirement community.
Even though she denies it to herself, she is attracted to this man. He is delighted with her since she is the first woman to catch and hold his interest with her fiery reaction to life’s little problems. Does he have any chance of convincing her they would be great together? Or is she determined to dislike him for disrespecting her car?
This is a cute story with characters who start off shooting sparks all over, his being sparks of attraction while hers are temper when life doesn’t go the way she expected. Needs a little growing up there. But Ben is a solid and honest man she can trust if she gets over her “snit” and gets to know him. Will she give him that chance?

This is book three in this fun series and like all the other it is a hot fast read of about thirty minutes that si just sheer good fun and designed to get us into the Christmas holiday mood

In it we meet Candance “Candy” Owens, a real estate agent, and Ben Cross, the owner of Cove Car Center. Candy is a beautiful, curvy woman with a fiery temper. Ben is tall, muscular, handsome, and brutally honest. When these two get together, sparks fly. Will Candy and Ben find happiness? To see what happens, you must read this book.
I enjoyed this sweet romance plot. I liked how she increased the plot tension when Candy overhears Ben talking to his friend, Abe, about last night. Candy feels betrayed and flees. This scene causes the reader to pause and ponder what happens next. The authors developed strong and likeable characters. Their use of dialog and descriptive scenes allow readers to relate to Candy and Ben.

Candy is furious with the brash mechanic Ben when he tells her that her car is junk and can’t be fixed. When she gets more upsetting news, she knows she is technically breaking the law but she has to see it one last time and when Ben catches her, they are both in for a surprise. Determined to not let this spoil her weekend with her besties, she is having a great time hanging out with them at the bar & when Ben shows up, there relationship heats up fast as he rescues her once again. When a misunderstanding threatens to tear them apart, Ben will show Candy just how much he wants to be her forever as he is going to fight for the woman who has stolen his heart.

The third friend in this series that has found her forever. You can say this was an almost enemies to lovers romance due to Candy and Ben first meeting. To say they got off on the wrong foot is an understatement. Candy is full of sass but Ben is right there to go head to head with her. They are (to me) a perfect match. The heat between them is HOT and the love is sweet. There was a little misunderstanding that put their newfound love in jeopardy which I didn't think the couple would get their HEA. Ben pulled a miracle and I was very pleased with the outcome. Lovely holiday romance and now I can't wait to read Noelle's story.

When Candace (Candy Cane) pulls into town in her old ,once reliable car, she had no idea car troubles were just the beginning of her surprises. After her car breaks down and she has it towed to the shop, the mechanic tells her the car is basically scrap metal and refuses to fix it because the cost would be greater than the car's value. Candy is beyond furious! That's just the first of the ups and downs Candy goes through. ( Very fun read with of course some steamy romance)
There were a few editing errors and one part in the story that I felt was not a good reason for one of the characters to get mad but over all this book was fun and definitely sweet with a HEA!!

Candy returns home with her friends for the holiday only to have her car break down. She gets it towed to the auto shop and has a disheartening conversation with the all to handsome mechanic who rattles her. Upon arguing with him she discovers that her father sold her childhood home to him without consulting her and is now living in a retirement home. Her world is shattered. She feels lost and out of sorts. Will Ben be able to convince her that all is fine? Will he be able to convince her to take a chance on him? This is the third book in this series. It can be read as a stand alone. Great storyline with a HEA. I received this book for free and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Short, but good story
It's a good short story of enemies / lovers, and although one element of Ben's life is surprising, it adds a touch to the relationship he develops with Candy.
It's a little hot and cute at the same time.
Candy comes on vacation, with her friends, to her hometown when her car breaks down and the mechanic Ben refuses to repair it because it is too old, which annoys her greatly. She then discovers that everything that attached her to this city has changed making her melancholy in front of a helpless Ben who doesn't know how to react to her melancholy and the attraction he has for her.

To be honest when I first started reading this book, I wasn't too enthused about Candy as her attitude just seemed too diva-like and entitled, and really rubbed me the wrong way. She is a little too much for me, but she did grown on me as the story went on. Fortunately, Ben is pretty laid back and nothing seems to really bother him, so I guess that is why they compliment each other. To be fair, Ben really does fall in love with her, and their chemistry is pretty explosive. It was a fun holiday story to read.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Candy returns home and things have changed. Her car breaks down and she goes to a repair shop where she meets Ben. Ben doesn't have good news on her car and then she finds out he owns her former childhood home. They are attracted to each other but in a way it is reversed roles. There is a hiccup after they declare their love to each other but Ben manages to salvage the situation. The way they end up getting married is a bit comical and romantic at the same time.

Holiday Hotties book 3 is fast-paced and quick to read, Candy's beloved car, Ava, has finally given up, she goes to the garage and meets Ben, owner/mechanic and he's instantly smitten with the fiery beauty. Ben is a wonderful character, his mama raised him well, Candy definitely has had a bad time with men and honestly isn't that nice to Ben at times. Entertaining holiday romance.

Least favorite in the series so far. A lot of the details don’t match up, it needs a proof reader bad, the h was not likable at all, the sex was boring, and while I like Virgin H stories I need some semblance of a reason for any grown person (male or female) to still be a virgin past the age of ??21?? If you’ve had time to finish college, own a business and buy a house, telling me that someone is still a virgin because they just haven’t had time to find some one is eye roll inducing.

Loved this book
I enjoyed Candy Canes story with Ben. They were both pretty honest people but misunderstood each other off and on. They made a great couple. Thanks for such a good book. Written by Cindy :)

The author has pulled us into the lives of Candy and Ben and never lets go. They have an instant attraction, but they have to be willing to let their walls down in order to find their happiness.

Certainly unique in the way Candy treats Ben and vice versa. Her past experiences were all disasters and believes love isn’t in the cards for her. Ben usually has no reaction to women but from the moment they met, he can’t get her out of his mind. These two have obstacles to overcome and will need to in order to get their happily ever after.
Needs major editing as quite a few sentences make no sense and ruin the overall effect of the story.

Other than a hot mechanic being a virgin (big eye rolls emoji!!) this was super hot, steamy and sweet rolled into one. Almost like a candy cane ....
