Not until the summer after graduation, when his flirty smiles and intense gaze started to make her flutter. But because of his reputation, she was hesitant to let her guard down.
Now a year later, it seems like their paths would never cross again.
Then here comes Cory and all the emotions she once denied, along with the possibility that she might have been waiting for him.

He spent an entire year of college, hoping for a glimpse.
Finally, there she is again, and something is different.

Beautifully Written. Haunting. Magical.

I could keep going, which would take me days, to explain how much I loved this book. I should have known that I was going to fall in love. I had loved Nia from the moment she appeared in Parker and Sydney’s story in Maybe . I was excited when I found that there was a book about Nia. Someday was different from the first book but in the right way. I knew that there was something between Nia and Cory when I was reading Maybe ; there was a connection between the two of them there. I was curious to see if something happens between the two of them. I hoped because the two of them were going to the same college, there would be something between them. It seemed as if it did not take too much convincing; to get Nia to go out with him. I cannot imagine liking someone for that long but not assume any action, but I understood why she didn’t. Cory had changed since the academy but considering what happened to his family, he changed for the better. I wasn’t sure about him when I was reading Maybe , but now he is one of my favorite characters.

Evan. I had a feeling that there was something off about the guy, but then I been wrong before. I noticed how he acted the moment that he found that she was with Cory. He had tried everything to convince her that he was not a good guy. That’s when I got bad vibes from him. He reminded me of his dad; expect much worse. Once he started showing unannounced and trying to convince her to break up with Cory, I knew that it wouldn’t end well. I had a feeling he was planning something, and yet I was still in shock after I found out what he intended. I could not like him afterward; I had the same thoughts as Cory, and I am sure Nia; hate. If someone has done what he had done, I don’t think that I could forgive them. Just because she loved Cory and rejected him? That’s going too far. They could have been friends, but he ruined that.

Someday didn’t have a single moment where something wasn’t happening. Every page had me craving for me. There was part of me that didn’t want to reach the end; I did not want it to end. I loved the scenes between Cory and Nia, those emotions. While reading the book, I could feel everything that Nia and Cory felt, as if I was there along with them. The love that the two of them had; it’s magical. I cannot help but be curious about what’s in store for the two of them next. I have been reading Shane Morgan ’s books for years, and through the years, we had become good friends. Whenever I read her books, I feel inspired to work on mine that has been a work in progress for a while. One day, I hope to be an excellent writer as she is. I cannot wait for what she has in store for us next.

Someday is an incredible story about love, friendship, hope, and sacrifice. This is a story that will have to go through emotions from the start until the end. A story that will stay with you, the one you will find yourself returning to.

Happy Tears

Cory Cory Cory!! Now see in the first book I didn’t paint Cory as the playboy type. I felt like there was more to him and my god it was. So glad Cory story was told! He getting with Nia was the icing on the cake. (Heart eyes) Now as far as Evan goes, I hope he takes a long walk off of a short bridge!! That asshole need he ass kicked!! Like dude she’s just not end to you! Move on!! But nooo you wanted your ego stroked!! I’m glad the truth came out and he got what he deserved!! Nia and Cory are finally happy!!

Communication

This book about nice young people had a good energy and a good flow. Former classmates who crushed on each other in high school find love in college. One of the nice things about their relationship was the strong communication they shared. Cory told Nia one of the hardest things you can tell a new girlfriend. Then suddenly a contrived conflict emerges and Nia clams up for a whole year. The book was great up until that foolishness!

Love wins

This book is a true depiction that love wins and that love conquers all! A true page turner and so happy that love persevered even when there were many trials and tribulations for Nia and Cory.

Young love!

Although I do not normally read college romances, the story was satisfying. The characters were young but handled themselves in a mature manner. It ended up being an enjoyable read.
