So good! An excellent commentary on the book of Revelation. So full of hope and truth and easy to read and understand. I highly recommend this if you are unsure what the book of Revelation is about, if you've ever been confused by it, or if you want to deepen your knowledge of end times prophecy. Dr. Jeffress lays everything out verse-by-verse and backs up scripture with scripture. I came away having learned some things, reinforced a lot I already believed, and with a reverent and hopeful heart for the future. 5/5 stars!
A great walk through the book of Revelation. Explains things clearly in an easy to understand way. This book will not answer all the questions, but will answer many of them. This should be read several times, and studied thoroughly. It really 'unlocks' much of what Revelation says. I can read it with a much better understanding.
Dr. Jeffries makes understanding the book of Revelation understandable as he explains the symbolism. It’s important that folks believe that Jesus is coming again and that they are saved. Only those who are saved will be gone in the rapture and avoid the tribulations. It’s important to believe now while you can to avoid the lake of fire forever. Rejecting Jesus again and again hardens one’s heart.
I found the early chapters to be the most helpful in the context of Revelation. While much of the remainder was helpful, and I could agree with, there was much stated as fact which was merely the author’s interpretation. I encourage any reader not to blindly accept anyones’s interpretation and opinion, but read it for yourself.
This book walks you through each chapter of Revelation, and explains John’s visions in ways that are easier to understand. It is important to read and study Revelation to understand what will happen after the Rapture.
