This wonderful old classic is a form of programmed text, where the reader is led through statements and answers to learn basic behavioral terminology and practices. After working through this book from front to back, the reader inverts it and work (essentially) from back to front to learn more information. Some of the topics covered in this special book in behavioral ways were way ahead of its time, including Self Control, Self Knowledge, Rationalization, Drug Addiction, and Agressiveness, Withdrawal, and Reaction Formation. e reader can benefit from a coach for how to place your fingers to rad it efficiently - but - a wonderful piece of behavioral history.
