Good Summary

I think this is the first time I am actually reading a summarized version of a much bigger book. It wasn't bad. I believe I get the gist of what the book is about, though there are some parts I would love to read in greater details. It sounded a bit choppy in some parts, but the author seemed to have captured the main thoughts well.

I was also looking forward to the meditations and exercises. I guess I need to buy the bigger book for that. All in all, a short and informative read based on principles learned and still practiced by an ex-monk.
