Once a slave, forgotten and broken until she was brought back to her rightful place. She is a Duchess, but a hybrid one, half-vampire, half-human. The only one of her kind. She is Milena de Crescent. As a prospect bride, to whom will she choose to give her hand — the human prince she had always loved tenderly or a ruthless vampire who desires her so blatantly? A fierce Competition. Wicked schemes, betrayals, love, war, and passion… She has to overcome it all in a world where her sole existence can change everything. She was a Myth. She is about to become a Legend.
This story of Jenny Fox is currently only available to read on the Dreame app. I would highly recommend to start reading it now. Lady Dhampir is not just intriguing and action packed, it has too many cliffhangers to count. Every chapter leaves you guessing what will happen next, the deeper you get into this story the more you get sucked in. Milena is a character I haven't come across, in any book I have read so far. She is feisty, beautiful, strong and smart, she has overcome situations most people would fail to accomplish. A heroine that choses her own path, not a path society has chosen for her. Why don't you take a risk and walk with her on this journey of hers.❤
This book is only available on the Dreame app where it will cost you over $60 to read it. It's a good book, but no ebook is worth that, especially on an app that regularly glitches and resets books on you.
This epic mega-novel is one of Jenny Fox's best. I was hesitant to read it for a while given its size but when I dove in, I could barely put it down. The characters are engaging, she masterfully intertwines multiple storylines, and you will experience genuine emotions as you progress through the story. Highly recommend.
323 chapters and I am done!!! Absolutely amazing book! So many times I thought I could guess what would happen and the plot twists got me! It was such a fascinating book and I would definitely read it again even with it being such a long story! Milena is such an amazing heroine and a total badass!
I read this on the Dream app. Needless to say, it was a wonderful book, but the app is annoying. It's an app where reading earns you points to read a book for free. You have to read free books to earn the points to spend on the other books like this. But this book was so good, I think I spent about $30, to keep reading. It was so compelling, I had to keep reading till wee hours of the morning, several days in a row.
If you can get past the app, the story was wonderful. It's about a young dhampir girl, half human, half vampire who was found after being missing for several years. She is the duchess of her family with 3 older brothers. And because of her place in society, she is in line to marry one of the twin princes. The story goes on to show these relationships with the royal family, and not to give spoilers, the book goes in depth to show her resilience, her stubbornness, and just how far she'll go to protect her family and her allies.
One of my absolute favorite romantasy stories. This one stays with you long after you read it. The character development, speed, romance, suspense... it all flows perfectly. The plot progresses beautifully without a bunch of useless "filler" to make it longer. Two things I absolutely LOVED were how strong, independent, clever and smart the FMC is. I also adored that her family was actually loving, supportive and good! It was a breath of fresh air! Can't wait for this one to come out in print as I'll be ordering a hardcopy immediately! Bravo, Author!
I'm on chapter 144, I cannot fathom how someone can write this incredibly. This author is in my top tier of authors. Characters are dynamic, they do not blend together and actually have unique personalities and speech. The settings are beautifully described. The plot is full of twists and turns that I find hard to even predict, which is dramatically different to other books. I am just truly amazed at how good this book is!
This book amazes me every time I read it… and I’ve read it a lot.
I’ve spent many, many nights staying up way too late because I can’t stop reading. I cry, I laugh, I feel angry. The betrayal, the love… it’s all just too much.
I love love love it. If I could rate it 5 stars more than once, I’d never stop giving it that.
I read this book through the Dreame app. Each week there was 3-4 chapters posted. Many chapters had cliff hangers which kept me on my toes for the next chapter. Not to worry... the book has a solid conclusion. I loved the book.
This I could only find on the dreame app. I did spend money on the coin to read it. Loved this story! I played all the games and stuff to be able to finish it. If she ever does a reprint of it or I find it used I'd buy it.
Thoroughly was enjoying reading it But for it to cost $60 to finish, and it's not even a book I can smell?! It's very unfortunate. It appears I am not the only one that views the technical issues or questionable choice for an author to avoid selling so many books for some unknown reason.
A good epic. Needs an even better editor for some continuity issues and numerous spelling and grammar errors. I would read it again. It was an incredibly well thought out storyline.
I didn't get to finish the book since it costs a lot, I've paid almost to a 600rands just to get some chapters opened and it's a ridiculous amount for an ebook
This piece by Jenny Fox, is also set in in an "other world" environment, and true to her skill as a writer, another wonderful tale unfolds. "Millie", as she is affectionately called by only by those closest to her, grows up to be an exceptionally strong woman; emotionally, mentally & physically. Given her mixed race heritage, Dhampir, and the noble House she is born into, she's been well-trained by her family. All her training, loyalty and intelligence is skillfully displayed as she is thrown into intense political intrigue that could lead to destruction of their society. Midst it all she finds true love and endures several painful losses. This story grips you from beginning to the very end. So far this is a stand-alone...but who knows... EVERYONE needs to discover the world's created by Jenny Fox.....for me, she's the new burgeoning Morgan Rice; not quite there yet, but we'll on her way!
