A tale of love, arranged by the family. Kavya and Abeer are two opposites who were never supposed to be one, but with the families arranging their union, and them giving in for the sake of their siblings, these two broken souls find friendship, love and companionship in each other. A cute, romantic tale of falling in love after an arranged marriage.
A cute story little lengthy but not dragging, characters are relatable. Story features a joint modern family full of lively moments and lots of banter.
The story of kavya and Abeer. A story which will remain in your heart for pure love. It was damn difficult to keep the book down untill I finished reading it. Abeer is just pure love, the character is so good, amazing and very sweet. The way he made kavya realized his love for her is commendable. The character is strength of the whole story. Kavya a caring, bubbly, good at heart but not ready to accept the love of her life makes the story more interesting.
The author has a beautiful way of story telling. The book will capture your mind from the first page till the end. Each every element of the story is described so well. Perfect emotions, a bit of naughtiness, cuteness overloaded and loads of loves. I wanted the story to never end. Amazing job done by the author.
**3.5 stars** A nice, cute and good valentine's day read. It's a "haters to lovers" trope story where cuteness is been overloaded which didn't felt gross, infact it filled my heart with warmth. The Indian family depicted in the book was white open-minded which is a bit uncommon. The pain, loss and rememberence of loosing a loved one was so beautifully written that I was able to feel every emotion. The writing style was wonderful. The story is perfect selection for beginner readers but not so great choice for average or varicious reader's. The end felt prolonged. There was something substancial missing in the depthness of the characters carving. Abir seems to be a great book boyfriend. I heartily recommend it.
This is my all time favourite and I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
A story weaved so close to the heart. It was difficult to drop the book without completing the entire story. The protagonist - Abeer was just amazing & the way he made Kavya realize & helped her to overcome her fears talks about the strength of his character. And then his own willing decision to let go his past just to convince Kavya of his Love talks about his commitment to the relationship. U will just fall in love with character.
Sometimes while reading the story u start feeling it’s real.....and in the last u feel rejoiced with their happy ever after.
Kavya and abeer's tale is sweet as ever as they slowly develop a lifetime bond. This slow burn leaves you enchanted by the end. The way he handles her insecurities and the way she maturely deals with his demons is beautiful. I hope he someday actually pays attention to what she said directly and knows that she has never had any other man in her heart. Overall a good read
A simple yet profound romantic story which keeps you hooked on to read and not stop without the end. However, you can pace it chapter wise and enjoy the text liesurely. Fine description of picturesque resorts makes you feel you are right there in the wonderland. Some may find the finale a little prolonged but in the end it gives a satisfying feeling.
The story is simple. It is perfect for someone who has just started reading books. So it's perfect for me. I finished this story in three days even after so much company work.
If all Arranged marriages ended like this everyone would want one this was a great read and I enjoyed the way the story was told and how the characters developed a relationship they both were unsure of in the beginning
Very sweet love strong. It helped me in realising that even arrange marriage can have a beautiful love story and we all r destined to meet out soulmate.
Abeer and Kavya decided to enter into an arranged marriage for the sake of their siblings. They both entered this union with the understanding that it would be devoid of love and solely for their families benefit.
I adored their story. It felt as though we were experiencing their love alongside them. Abeer was incredibly sweet, understanding, and caring. The unwavering certainty he had in his feelings for Kavya was truly remarkable. The lengths he went to make her realize his true emotions were extraordinary. Kavya's character was equally captivating. She was remarkably understanding and radiated warmth. They started as friends, which made their bond all the more special. The family dynamics portrayed were delightful, and despite the book's length, it never felt dragged out.
I highly recommend this book if you enjoy arranged marriage romance.
