It’s great for those who need to understand emotional eating. I found it lacking in the area I need: habit formation. I also understood a lot of it to be replacement “you musts”. For example, instead of working hard to compensate for cheat days, you MUST be kind to yourself and you MUST allow yourself to to make mistakes and take time to learn what works. While I understand the principle, the presentation of such things is equally important and that should be calm and kind, too.
