Please tell me there's a part two! This was my first read from the author and definitely won't be my last.
Janiyah and Gun story was a realistic one. The plot thickens and held my attention fully. That ending left me in suspense.
I think everybody needs a Mother Shirley!
I loved the music plugins. The prayers and sermons were on point!

Great Read!
From the beginning, I was drawn into the story of Janiyah and Gun. They seem like the perfect couple on the outside but even they have their own flaws and hang ups. I appreciated seeing this because leadership is not easy. I also loved the drama, suspense, and characters. I did have a couple of questions but I have no doubt they’ll be answered in the next book. Great job!
