The author describes the vietnamese method of facial reflexology. Many illustrations show where to find the pressure points although I still found them sometimes despite the pictures hard to find. There are treatment suggestion for many common ailments in alphabetical order and their respective points also shown in a facial diagram. It´s a very interesting book and worth a try to help to maintain your health.
