The Fruit of the Spirit study is a three week study that walks slowly through Galatians 5:16-26. It looks at each aspect of the fruit of the spirit listed in the passage with special attention to how this fruit points us to Jesus as our example, the richness of the Greek words used in the passage, and practical application for our everyday lives.
I’m still figuring out how I personally want to “rate” Bible studies, so I won’t give this one a star rating just yet - but I can say this: it was truly wonderful! 🤭
This is a 3-week (15-day) study, and each day took me anywhere from 10–30 minutes depending on how deep I went. The Daily Grace Co. Fruit of the Spirit study was insightful, eye-opening, and rich with Scripture. It walks through Galatians 5:16–26, highlighting both the Works of the Flesh and the Fruit of the Spirit - and I loved that it explored both. Paul wrote them together for a reason: they contrast one another, and they can’t coexist. As believers, we’re called to put off the works of the flesh and actively pursue the fruit.
One of my favorite parts was the Scripture connections. Each fruit is paired with New Testament examples of how Jesus and the disciples displayed it. Seeing those verses in context was so encouraging and grounding. 🩷
I absolutely recommend this study! If you’re thinking about trying it out, feel free to use my code for 10% off on The Daily Grace Co. website: KAYSLIBRARY 😉
This is a three week Bible study from The Daily Grace Co. on the fruit of the Spirit. Each study week has five individual study days and weekly wrap-up questions. For the individual study day, there is a part of scripture to read, there are two pages of reading in the study itself, and three questions to answer. This can be done in about 15 minutes each day. The scripture mostly comes from Galatians 5 but there are a few other verses mentioned throughout. There were a handful of pages mixed into the study book that gave other information like Greek words for the fruit and their translations and how the book of Galatians is set up. There were some nice color pictures throughout the book too. I enjoyed this study and it was a nice easy one to get me back into the practice of doing Bible study in this way. This was a good study but nothing too groundbreaking either. It was exactly what it said it was, a three week study on the fruit of the Spirit.
Wow!! What a great study!! I have to say that I believe 100% that God made me choose this study because he needed for me to open my eyes and realized that even that I believe in Him 100% and that I try my best to be a decent human, I was NOT doing the correct thing. Sadly, I was doing the work of the flesh and not the works of the spirit. But God is SO GOOD that he found a way to show me to guide me on the things that I need to work on!!. This book has minister me tremendously. And I just pray to God that he can keep leading me on the right path. So I can keep walking on the ways of the Spirit.
This one was simple, but so good!! It’s not quite what I was expecting, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. First it broke down the verses leaded up to the fruit of the Spirit, then would break down the meaning and application of each of the Fruit, finishing with the conclusion of the chapter. While it was really cool digging into each word more in depth, it meant there were days I wasn’t reading more than one word in scripture as part of this study. Would have loved more supplemental verses and places we see these fruit in other parts of scripture - but that’s just me being very nit-picky!!!
Love The Daily Grace Co. bible studies - always well formatted and aesthetically pleasing to my art/photography side. This one has been a favorite. Great insights and study materials along with questions for digging into the content deeper. Completed this one with a group of friends.
This is a Daily Grace Co. Bible study. The questions are a bit repetitive it good for thought. I enjoyed the attention to breaking down one passage to better understand it.
