All I can say is Fabulous!!
Beautifully created and designed by Catherine Davis. A stunning piece of art work on every page.
I bought the book over lockdown to help with my mental health. It worked a treat to help to calm my anxiety and also to remember to breath!!
There is an explanation on each page on the origins of the designs which is an interesting add on.
