About the author

Beginning with May 1999, Alan Roger Currie was the first Red Pill Dating Coach associated with 'The Manosphere' and his nickname is 'The Godfather of Direct Verbal Game Advice & Wisdom' because of the expert-level advice he shares with his clients.

Currie received the highest ratings for all speakers featured at both the Direct Dating Summit UK (November 2010 in London) and the Direct Dating Summit USA (March 2012 in Las Vegas) in surveys conducted by Event Organizer "Sasha Daygame" among the men who attended both events. Currie has acted as a dating coach and interpersonal communication consultant for men from twenty-five different countries, and he has been interviewed on local, regional, and national radio and television.

Currie was the host of the popular internet talk radio podcast show, "Upfront & Straightforward with Alan Roger Currie," which was the most listened to talk radio show in the category of “Romance” and Dating & Relationships on the BlogTalkRadio Internet Radio Network for six of the nine years the show was active. A Very Knowledgeable and Informative Book.

This book was better than I expected it to be. Very informative and straight to the point. If you are looking for insights into how women think about men then this is the book for you I highly recommend this to all men and even women.

Another masterpiece by a living legend

I went into this book thinking it was just an addendum to The Possiblity of Sex and boy was I wrong! This future classic masterfully analyzes the intricacies of both men's and women's manipulative/ disingenuous prototypes.  What really distinguishes this book from Alan's other publications is the revelation of his weak, vulnerable self. He highlights his own real life failures in being verbally indirect with women when his objective was casual sex. He truly empathizes and relates to his readers by demonstrating his own shortcomings left him sexually and egotistically frustrated. Nonetheless, these experiences transformed him into the master of verbal seduction he is today. The only minor criticism I have of this book is Alan doesn't provide the extensive, introspective questions and prompts for the reader throughout the chapters as he has done in his other works.

Dating Coach Alan Roger Currie's new No FREE Attention audiobook is an easy listen, and the least lengthy version of his five audiobooks (this one is only 4 hours and 46 minutes, compared to the 6 hours and 22 minutes for the original Possibility of Sex audiobook).

This audiobook seems to combine advice from his Possibility of Sex audiobook (Chapters 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and a bit of Chapter 10), his Mode One audiobook (Chapter 2 and Chapter 5), his Beta Male Revolution audiobook (parts of Chapter 6 and Chapter 10), and even a touch of his Ooooooh, Say It Again audiobook (some parts of Chapter 10).

Donovan Ruddock-Allison does an excellent job with his narration and voice-over work in Chapters 1 - 10.

I would highly recommend that this new audiobook by Dating Coach Alan Roger Currie be the very first one you listen to if you just recently became familiar with Currie, and then I would listen to his Mode One audiobook, then his Ooooooh, Say It Again audiobook, and then finally, his Beta Male Revolution audiobook. You could also even choose to listen to Currie's Possibility of Sex audiobook, but that audiobook covers a lot of the same material as No FREE Attention (particularly in Chapters 6, 7, 8, and 9).

This audiobook probably has the best overall sound quality of any of his 5 audiobooks. I highly recommend this new one. Mode One Baby!

Many men keep comparing Dating Coach Alan Roger Currie's new 'No FREE Attention' audiobook with its predecessor 'The Possibility of Sex', but I personally think this 2022 audiobook is more comprehensive and slightly better than Alan's previous 2014 audiobook. In my strong opinion, Alan is the absolute best dating coach when it comes to advice related to what he refers to as "Direct Verbal Game," which is best represented by his famous 'Mode One Approach' philosophy.

The first 5 chapters in 'No FREE Attention' are more similar to Alan's 2014 'Mode One' Audiobook, and in those chapters, Alan (along with his chosen narrator, Donovon Allison-Rudduck) breaks down how a man's fear of being abruptly and harshly rejected by women or blatantly ignored by women sets him up to be easily exploited and manipulated by the women that Alan refers to as "manipulative timewasters." If you're looking for an audiobook that straightforwardly answers the question "Which is better for men: Direct Game or Indirect Game?", Alan gives you the emphatic answer to that question in this audiobook. Alan has the absolute best series of books about Direct Game, which is why most men have given him the title of "The Godfather of Direct Game Advice and Wisdom"

Also, as mentioned by a few of the other reviewers, this audiobook definitely has the best audio quality of all of Alan's 5 audiobooks. The narration by Allison-Rudduck was outstanding! I was hoping Alan would be the one and only narrator again for this 5th audiobook, but Donovon does an excellent job. If this is the very first audiobook you listen to by Alan Roger Currie, you will immediately want to purchase all of his previous 4 audiobooks soon after you finish this one

I approve of Alan Roger Currie and am glad that this model works for him and certain other men. I appreciate the numerous insights that I have gained through reading his books. However, I believe his philosophy is far too black and white, and is logically inconsistent.

Great Book

A lot of useful information regarding women and the way they manipulate men. Definitely a book worth reading, will highly recommend to friends and relatives.
