This book is a waste of time.
There seem to be a few splotches of real insight but the rest is just so much goodly gook.
This in a book claiming to be for the non-expert.
A mere 81 pages. And not even that because the last 13 dont show up and the ebook
has a disturbing tendency to get stuck on the cover page. I dont like it when
software behaves in funny ways. Makes me suspicious of underlying attempted hacks.
In any case a bit of a mad rave by a supposedly credentialed expert but a waste of time
for anyone else.

Brilliant book. Even though there is no direct evidence for string theory bill Spence makes the case for how important it is to study and the indirect impact it is having on fundamental physics.
