Enjoyed this audio edition very much. Karen Wyatt is a hospice doctor and she shares the wisdom of her journey as well as her patients at end of life as well as in a refuge shelter for abused women. The work that she does was informed by the suicide of her father which left a huge impact on her. This book reminds us to care for ourselves and others with compassion, love, forgiveness and caring. We all have one life to live and it is our journey to live it to the fullest and the best that we can.
It is a book that I would listen to again or read as there are exercises that she suggests that would be of benefit.
