Book : The Other Side
Author : Shreya Faria

This is a fictional story of about 260 pages . The language used is easy and believe me, you are not going to put down this book till end.

The story is about a couple, Sam and Rachel living in US. Their marriage was not going normal and like every other couple they fight but on the other hand, love each other so much. To add extra spice in their life, one of the biggest cyber crime happened which made Sam worried. "Ashton Martinson" is a website for people who are interested in extra-marital affairs, basically for married people. Unfortunately, Sam had created an account in that website and now the same website had been hacked which contained around 46 million users account. They sent each user emails and blackmailed them. Sam was worried after he got the email asking for a huge amount to be given in Las Vegas to some person🤯. This made him travel to Las Vegas, where he found Kavya who claimed that she was not linked to any such matter and went there just for fun.

This story tells about the deadly disease, TB. Both Kavya as well as Rachel were patients of TB. Harvey, a detective and a good friend of Sam plans to know who the hackers were. He also wanted to save his friend's marriage. Will they both be able to catch the hackers? Will they both be able to save Sam and Rachel's marriage? How will Rachel react knowing his husband's account in such websites? 🤔

I really loved the story and the narration is mind blowing🔥. There are amazing twists and the story is full of suspenses. Though by the mid of the story,I found out who was the real culprit but reading the whole story was an amazing experience❤. The story beautifully explained that misunderstandings or lack of proper communication can ruin a good relationship✔. People who love reading suspense stories are going to love this book a lot. Highly recommended!

Its an engaging thriller that potrays marriage values. You can find a demo here for How a small lie or secret can damage an entire relationship. Apart from that, the book also speaks about MDR-TB and the struggle patients go through physically and emotionally. Great character connect and decent writing and gripping plot marks the book as 'MUST READ'. Here is the plot👉. Sam,an American Industrialist becomes a victim of the Ashton Martinson Scam where the website gets hacked. Its a dating website for extra maritial affairs. Meanwhile he meets Kavya from Mumbai while encountering the blackmailer. Is Kavya related to the scam? The plot and the message looks different but author moulds them beautifully into a wonderful story.

Let's talk about the title first, 'The Other Side'. The title is apt as the story reflects on both the sides of a relationship, how misunderstandings and lack of communication, taking your partner for granted can ruin the relationship you cherish the most. You may love, you may care but not showing it in the toughest of times, not talking about it can take everything away.

The writing style is captivating and easy vocabulary makes the story more engrossing.
The plot is exciting and the author has done justice to all the characters along with their stories. There are so many aspects to the story and I loved that each one of them has been taken care of properly.
The book is very realistic. There is no excess drama. It is a great plot with events/gestures which a person would react in such situations.

Sam Geller had created an account out of curiosity on an online dating website Ashton Martinson. The website got hacked and the hackers threatened to leak all the names of the users if their demands were not met. Sam receives an email from blackmailer to come Las Vegas and loose money in a casino to a girl wearing green dress.
Kavya Mehta had come from Mumbai to Las Vegas and was present in the same casino wearing a green dress. Sam lost money to Kavya but kavya denied that she was the blackmailer.
Sam was very tensed and feared that his wife Rachel might come to know about this and so he seeks help from his detective friend Harvey Derrick.

Let me tell you that The author has fought a deadly disease Tuberculosis and this book also features a part of it.

She has weaved a nice mystery around the Ashton Martinson website scam with a lot of twists and turns that is sure to keep you enthralled. The first page will catch you and you will be immersed in the book before you know it. As I said that it features a part of TB... in this book one of the character Kavya fights for a ban on spitting in public places so as to curb TB. It also mentions about a group for TB patients where they share their problems and help each other. I also loved Harvey's investigations and his talks with Sahil which had a pinch of humour.
It also shows how true friends can go to any extent to help you. A page Turner that will keep you hooked till end.

What a story! It is that kind of story, which has the power to keep any reader hooked with pages till the end. Such a mind-blowing plot with unexpected turns and twists, continuous up and downs, it was a complete book with mesmerizing storylines, ah it's impressed me genuinely. Author Shreya's dedication and effort towards this book are clearly visible through her writing and the way she has penned down the plot is appreciating.

The story begins with our protagonist Sam Geller, with a piece of sudden unexpected news on the television screen which made his joyful life upside down. That nightmare is "ASHTON MARTINSON WEBSITE SCAM" which is a Canada based website of around 46 million users for online dating. The scam is nothing but blackmailing the users with their personal data and threatening to expose them to their family and relatives. Why did Sam open this website? Is he really involved with? What will be the consequence of this wrong step? Wait here, and grab this book, I bet nothing you can predict from here that, in which way the story will lead you!

The writing style is awesome indeed and the narration is very fast-paced as I told you before. All characters are very well introduced and developed. Sam, Kavya, Rachel, Harvey all of them have depth in this story and importance itself. Sometimes I felt the story is getting slow but that is very minor. I will love to re-read this story anytime.

As it is very fast-paced and interesting as well, that's why, apart from all-time fiction lovers, I will recommend this book to beginners as well. They will definitely love this book and it'll be the best choice to start with. The cover is so beautiful and aesthetic and the title has a smooth connection with the plot. It was a good time with this book and ⭐⭐⭐⭐.2/5 read.

A very simple yet amazing read. The book talks about Sam Geller, who out of curiosity creates an account on the “Ashton Martinson” website, which turns out to be a scam. The website has been hacked and he’s being threatened by the hackers to leak his information if their needs aren’t met. This creates a havoc in his life and the lives of people around him as well. There are constant twists and turns in the book which will keep you hooked until the end.

The author has covered few very important topics in the book:
1. How a small lie or misunderstanding can ruin your relationship and how it is important to communicate with your partner.
2. The awareness of MDR-TB and what Kavya had to go through. (Tbh I had no clue about the fact that people suffering from TB go through so much on a daily basis, it’s very shocking and even the thought of it seems painful)
3. The importance of friends and how they can always be there for you when you’re in a fix.

📌Would I suggest this book to others?
I totally would, it’s a great read. You’ll be hooked on to it throughout and not regret it at all.

A novel about three people, Sam, Rachel and Kavya. It takes us through their lives while each is going through a rough phase. Sam, involved with an online scam; Rachel, about the lost spark in her marriage, and Kavya, battling MDR-TB. It is a gripping book from start to end.
Not 1 moment of boredom. Written beautifully. Feels like we are living the characters. Do read. I couldn't put it down till I finished it.

A hacker is someone who enjoys playful cleverness, not necessarily with computers. The programmers in the old MIT free software community of the 60s and 70s referred to themselves as hackers. Around 1980, journalists who discovered the hacker community mistakenly took the term to mean "security breaker."
I might think there is already enough books takes on the mystery/threats story, but this book shows there are still room for at least one more. It's emotional and engaging, with a mystery that kept guessing until the end, and an ending that left the door open for what are hopefully huge imaginations without feeling unresolved.
Sam Geller, Rachel Geller, kavya Mehta are the main and the important characters of this book and also some of their compatriots are Harvey who is Sam's friends and private detective and many more.
The story commenced with the news that some hacker's hacked the "Ashton Martinson" site and they started blackmailing users for deceiving money.
The blackmail threat, which manages from a hack on a dating website,
What happens next go grab your copy and do read this awesome mystery story.
What is the role of Sam in this story?
Who are, the victims?
Can at end of the story everything will be normal?
Well answer of these specified questions go grab your own copy.
I am very sure if u like mystery books u will definitely like this one. 👌👌✍📖
But Before reading this book I didn't expect much from it but when I was on 40 pages in this book exceeds my expectations. The Other Side is smartly penned down fiction with a very intriguing and engaging plot. A book that cast a brief look at the hacking world and divulges many new things for readers. The plot of the story is creative and original which swings well in the frame of the book. The story developed and flourished slowly in a consistent way. I enjoyed this book because the suspense factor dominates the plot. The protagonist of the story is well characterised by the author.
When i comes to writing skill I can't complain about anything. Everything is in the right place. Story with plain sailing narration and simple language with perfectly manner.

Book Title: The Other Side

Blurb:

Who is blackmailing Sam? Is the website scam for real? Give this book a read.

What I like:

1. The story talks about both the sides of a relationship, i.e how can misunderstandings, envy, betrayal or cheating, lack of communication, taking your partner for granted can ruin the forever relationship.

2. Strong characterization of both the women in the story & their way of presenting the story especially focusing on TB, giving a societal message of cleaniness etc.

3. The complications a women faces when in a toxic relationship is explained well and the pain which she goes in TB.

4. The supporting characters plays a very important role especially Harvey and Sahil.

5. It's a nice & engaging read and a page turner.

6. Underlying the unravelling of the mystery of this novel lies the story of a gutsy fight against debilitating tuberculosis.

Narration:
The narration is the heart of the story. Though written by heart the author has managed to retain the emotional & societal quotient well till the end of the story. It gives a personal touch to the story as the TB part is the real life incident.

My Final Verdict:
A heartwarming story with a touch of real life incidents makes it a great read.

☀️BOOK REVIEW☀️

🌒The Other Side by Shreya Faria stands out to be an outstanding eye-catching thriller novel that is loaded with untold secrets, mystery and abrupt twists.

🌒The storyline starts with Sam Geller and his wife Rachel Geller who were in deep relationship turmoil. Though there was immense love between the couple, some things needed to be sorted out. One fine morning they planned out to go on a date to their favourite place. While Sam was busy preparing breakfast for his wife, Rachel like any other day switched on to the news channel, and as soon as Sam heard about the news that was announced by the reporters he was dumbfounded.

🌒Now, why was he stunned after hearing the news? What such thing was carried out by the news reporter?

(I'll leave the rest for you to find out on your own, as it is simply illegal to shatter the door of suspense.)

🌒The story was a fast-paced one which kept me engrossed till the end. It had all my attention right from the beginning and there was no such difficulty in relating to the characters which is what I happened to like the most.

🌒This book consisted of several twists and turns that kept me wanting to read more. It is perfect for anyone who loves a good puzzle or even just a good story. It will be hard to put down once you start, as you get so involved in the mystery, and the characters. Also, the characters are well rounded giving that realistic impression, and not to forget that the plot is just amazing!

🌒This story furthermore acquainted me with few substantial understandings regarding a healthy relationship from a very different perspective which is quite impressive. Both the writing style and the narration part was perpetrated in a lucid format. Overall, I'd highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates reading a good thriller novel.

The Other Side by Shreya Fariya.
This story revolves around a married couple with a complicated relationship, more like a love & hate relationship if it helps you to understand the situation better. Then comes the biggest scam of the year called as the Ashton Martinson which is basically a website for people interested in extra marital affairs🤦. And guess what, the protagonist of the story has an account on the website and the website gets hacked, forcing people to go into a frenzy because the scam included blackmailing and asking for huge sums of money. It's definitely a thriller and explaining the whole plot will only destroy the ending which I definitely don't want, but I can tell you that the person behind the whole scam, his/her reveal, will shock you.
Throughput reading the book I was kinda hoping that both the main protagonists communicated more, it'd definitely soften their relationship to another level.
All in all, this is a story about love, friendship, trust, betrayal, and the star of the show is the Ashton Martinson scam which undoubtedly changes the lives of the people involved.
Will definitely recommend it to people who are bored of the same old love stories with happy ending and want a happy ending with a twist♥️.
Thanks @shreyafaria19 and @the_fusionproject for introducing me to a refreshing read at this time of the year.

With the advent of digital world, every single piece of information is just a click away but at the same time, there are way more options to get distracted as there were back in 90s.

The book is what you call a perfect thriller with all the added spices plus surprises and shocks in regular intervals which will keep one hooked till the very end. How Sam mistakenly makes an account on a dating website and gets entangled in a web of lies, deceits and treachery is enthusiastically presented. How deadly the disease consumption (TB) use to be in the past is also shown.

It is quite essential to maintain a proper channel of communication for any relationship to thrive in which the couple Sam and Rachel realizes the harder way. The ending will surprise most readers as identifying the culprit isn't quite obvious though I somehow sensed it while sailing through the story. Kavya's character is also sketched well and she plays an important role too in the tale. How far friends can go to help and assist is peculiarly shown.

All in all, a mysterious read with all other equally weighted elements of literary world.
