Rate this book
Reveals how the Virgin Mary and other holy women were part of an ancient sacred order of priestesses trained in the practice of divine conception

• Explains how Mary was born into a lineage of powerful women who cultivated and passed on the ability to consciously conceive elevated beings

• Includes a complete translation of the Infancy Gospel of James and reveals the hidden codes it contains relating to the practice of miraculous conception

• Shows how Mary was trained and initiated in the “womb mysteries” and reveals the esoteric techniques she used to conceive Jesus

Delving into one of the Virgin Mary’s forgotten gospels, the Infancy Gospel of James, Marguerite Mary Rigoglioso, Ph.D., reveals a truth that has been suppressed for nearly two millennia: that Mother Mary was not a passive bystander to her own pregnancy but an advanced member of a sacred order of women trained in divine conception.

Unlocking the hidden codes of Mary’s gospel and other ancient source texts, the author reveals how Mary conceived Jesus through a careful process that she willed and initiated. She explains how Mary was born into a family of powerful priestesses, women who possessed, cultivated, and passed on the ability to consciously conceive elevated beings to help the planet. This lineage included Mary’s own mother, Anne, who conceived Mary with this method, her relative Elizabeth (mother of John the Baptist), and the biblical matriarch Sarah, the wife of Abraham and mother of Isaac. These women were schooled in the shamanic “womb mysteries,” secret knowledge of the capacity of the womb. Decoding the Infancy Gospel of James, the author shows how Mary was trained and initiated, reveals the esoteric techniques she used to conceive Jesus, and explores the birth itself and the mind-altering reality that accompanied it.

By revealing the Virgin Mary as a trained holy woman and a conscious actor in the conception of Jesus, the author corrects the impression we have been given of a passive and bewildered girl who had no idea how or why she was pregnant. She also restores Mary as the empowered feminine orchestrator of these significant events, paralleling the redemption of Mary Magdalene in recent years. Explaining how and why virgin birth was accomplished, this book allows us to make sense of miraculous conception and reveals the power that lies in all women’s wombs.

This groundbreaking book is more than a womens book; it should be required reading for anyone who reads about religion and / or history. Never have I read such an account of Mother Mary, and parthenogenesis. I add few books to my favourites list, but this one is on it.

We can now see her not as a virgin who lacked sexuality and whose "moral purity" should serve as a repressive model for women. Rather, we can appreciate her as an active holy woman who redirected her eros into drawing onto the earth plane another great being who would greatly assist humanity.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this book written by my friend and colleague Marguerite Rigloglioso, but as I read the first chapter I was immediately enthralled. She has obviously studied the subject of divine birth very deeply, and has also drawn from her own mystical experiences in the realm of the divine feminine. She combines historical accounts, so-called mythology and contemporary scientific research to show how parthenogenesis, or a female getting pregnant and gestating a child without a male, is a reality. Her brilliance is in painting a picture that actually makes sense for a subject like that, that tends to sound like religious superstition to most people who are not devout Catholics. I especially was struck by the process of which these masterful women fertilized their own ovums using directed energy, chemical messengers and pure intention they trained themself to generate. I would highly recommend this book to any open-minded scholars or practitioners interested in Jesus, Mary, the divine feminine and the cutting edge that blends Science and Spirit.

A beautifully written and researched book on very important and forgotten topic of parthenogenesis. i recommend reading it together with 'Anna, Grandmother of Jesus' by Claire Heartsong for extra context. It is time we reclaimed these sacret traditions back into collective consciousness!

I was Directed to read this book for a better understanding and connection to The divine feminine. Growing up I was not entirely sure about my connection with The Mother Mary I was being taught and told to look up to. This book has opened up a new door of opportunity for me to not only connect with the Divine mother Mary for whom she really was but to understand the linage of the Divine Goddesses before her. I love the in depth knowledge extracted from the Mary Scriptures that remain to this day closed off from the people. To know her is to love her, her beauty, her sacred knowledge, her devotion and all the rituals that came with her along her journey. So much has been taken from our feminine culture and power. Imagine for a moment a world where women actually loved and worshiped their bodies for the sacred temples they are. For loving themselves more, judging less and working to better understand themselves, care for themselves. This is what reading a book like this can provide for us as women, daughters, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, etc... I appreciate all the attention in this book in providing through sources and even direction for further expansion. A must read for anyone looking to deepen their Mother Mary connection, understanding how self care, ritual, and self love can strengthen our relationship with not only ourselves but each other. Powerful knowledge of the womb capacity all women hold and esoteric techniques decoded. A very beautiful perspective and translation of Mary's legacy with in depth studies and Historic account.
So happy to have read this, to reveal the divine Mary I have always needed to love.

Drawing from the sacred text of multiple religious traditions Marguerite Rigoglioso, Ph.D. has crafted a unique and credible history of the miraculous conception of not only Mary’s birth of Jesus, but of a lineage of sacred virgin birth priestesses dating back to Sarah, the wife of Abraham, and beyond. Her thorough researched and skillfully written book, The Mystery Tradition of Miraculous Conception; Mary and the Lineage of Virgin Births, provides new insight into the practice and lineage of priestesses who devoted their lives to bringing forth avatars for the advancement of human consciousness. Based on Rigoglioso’s research Mary can no longer be relegated to the back story of Jesus as a mere vessel for a divine seed. This is a ‘must read’ for those who want to learn more about Mary and the lineage of divine birth priestesses that formed her unique contribution to humanity.

For decades feminists have been pushing the concept of a matriarchy before patriarchy, about 5000 years ago. This fits right into the Atlantis stuff, this idea that we've been around for millions of years.

So now they're going even further, creating a fictional story that women once were able to create children just with their minds. Strangely, this matches up with what the "fathers of the church" have said about people being able to create children with their minds. However, that's far different than this idea that you had a group of priestesses teaching this.

First off, is anyone aware of a person who can miraculously conceive now? Or anytime in the recent past? If not, why? Have all women lost their powers permanently? Sounds strange to me.

This woman is a fraud hoping to fill the vacuum left by the churches & feminists. It's all a money scam, she wants you to pay to watch courses on her website. Ignore the frauds.

I found this book to be both inspirational and thought provoking. The information contained in this book is profound. The teaching is based in deep research and backed by credible sources. With scholarly research and deep spiritual wisdom, the reader is skillfully guided through the history and the Mystery Tradition and shown what has been kept hidden for centuries in a beautifully written, engaging, and accessible book. The reader is invited to discover truths that revise false narratives while remembering the Sacred Feminine that is available to empower women and men in our modern world, as we rediscover what it means to embody the Divine Feminine. The revelations are breathtaking. The history is both interesting and relevant as we open our eyes to that which is revealed within these pages.

A work of stunning achievement by a scholar of indomitable strength. The Divine Feminine has no greater champion than Marguerite Rigoglioso and this work supports and heralds the return of women’s power and knowledge at a time when it is most needed on the planet. Prepare to be empowered. Prepare to be shaken in a good way. Prepare to be deeply inspired by this work. Reading this deep dive into the mystery of virgin birth is a transmission itself into some of the most esoteric and hidden knowledge on the planet that we need to reawaken. Highly recommended.

Like I've said previously...many books about Miraculous Conception end up being mostly...mostly about how the patriarchy denigrated the practice....not about miraculous conception itself. Maybe there isn't much TO say except that it once existed. I can't blame anyone for the fact that our feminine history and rituals are lost....

This is a powerful book with a knowledge base built from an impressive variety of historical texts.

The information age has taught us such vast misconceptions. I look forward to a time when more are willing to accept historical truths such as these.

I am thankful to be one "with ears to hear."
