Laura T. Johnson is the author of Where Would I Be, Unbalanced Series, and To Love Again. Laura was first bitten by the writing bug six years ago. While reading her journal she began to realize that her story could possibly help others who were going through the same thing.
In 2006, Laura was the victim of an abusive relationship that lasted for two and half years. The relationship was volatile from the beginning. While in this relationship, Laura contemplated suicide almost on a daily basis. If asked, she would immediately tell you that what kept her from going through with suicide were her mother and younger brother. “I couldn’t leave them with that much pain, no matter what I was going through.”
In 2009, Laura began to write her first novel. She thought, as her mother had told her many times before that she was not the only woman who had or will ever go through something like this. After filling up four notebooks, she decided that she might have a book on her hands. Laura went on to make the necessary changes to her writing and started letting others read her work.
When those who’d read her work wanted to read more, she knew she had something good on her hands. Laura has continued her writing and the outcome has been one compelling story after another. She continues to keep her fans wanting more! She resides in Tennessee where she is an advocate against domestic violence.

"Unbalanced 4: Omega" by Laura T. Johnson

My Speculation:

I will say it was finally great to see someone was there for Catherine to help save her. It seems like this crazy husband Dorian had a lock on Cat where she believed he would kill her if she ever told anyone what was going on in their marriage. However, several family members thought something was wrong, but Cat always denied it, saying everything is great; ok, she lied! Well, it seems like something was going on between Cat and Myles. Why did this happen? Well, maybe because Myles was around and began to notice things with Cat's injuries. One thing leads to another, and there seemed to be a caring between these two, Cat and Myles. With Dorian being crazy as he was, it was not shocking what happens in the story. This is where I say you will have to pick up "Unbalanced 4: Omega" and see how well this author brings the story all out. It was a good ending, but I noticed at the end it seems like, for these two to have their HEA, they will have to be on guard, especially from that grandfather.

I thought this was an excellent series that I would recommend to anyone that would like to know what can happen during one's abusive state, as this author told it.

A gripping and emotional tale of love, fear, and courage. Catherine’s struggle to escape her violent marriage and Myles’s fierce devotion create powerful tension and heart. The story blends suspense and romance beautifully, keeping you rooting for their freedom and their chance at real love.

I'm so glad that Dorian got what he deserved. Laura, with that ending you know you left room for a part 5 even though you said you were finished. I loved this series!!❤❤❤
