Divided into eight chapters, it covers everything from family to self acceptance and it's a decent book with not only thoughts but challenges at the end of each chapter, e.g. reflecting in the right way to receive more which is a 3 day task. I've already read several SF help books that talk about the exact same things but maybe in different way so this is a good book, but a self help book only works according to how much the reader takes in the advices (strategies) given to them. These are very good for a little pick me up during the day when you need the help and there could also be inspiration that you might need and can be cherry picked from the lot. E.g. there's a whole chapter on success and someone who requires a bit of motivation to move forward with what they want can ponder on it. This was such a thoughtful read, the best is so diversified and meant for all kind of people, it just doesn't matter what age group you fit into, after reading myself I asked my younger sister to read it and she too was amazed.
The book is divided into eight major parts which are further divided into sub parts that sum up into 100 helpful and insightful thoughts or rather techniques that are going to help onself to evaluate one's velocity towards a better lifestyle. The mindful advices in the book are on the practical side and very easy to understand. I loved how each thought is kept short and on point, open any page and you discover something new and helpful. . . The book starts with a premise which helps the readers to understand the basic framework of the book. It's a book that has taught me a lot not in terms of habits but also in terms of general living and relationships! It talks about all aspects of human life right from success till failures and from importantance of family till human bonds & relationships. It was an awe inspiring read. Very practical strategies. These tips are simple but for me caused a paradigm shift. I now feel empowered to live my bliss...In my relationships, goal setting and much more. I’m actually buying the boat I’ve always dreamed of... No more self defeating mindset! Great tools!

A little wordy. I had imagined this book would have cut-out sayings and thoughts but it was more a statement then thoughts about it. This is an ok book with a few really good pages and a lot of normal, just ok pages. I won this book via a Goodreads win and it is not the type of book I normally read so my review may be a little harsh because of that.
