A Turner Sisters Small Town Romance An Instalove Enemies to Lovers Curvy Woman Romance
Celia
I’m excited to move back to my hometown and open the B&B that my sisters and I inherited. All that’s left before the grand opening is the kitchen remodel. Since I’m the chef of the family, it’s my job to oversee it. Too bad no one told me Malcom Maxwell was the man hired for the job. I used to have an embarrassing crush on him in high school. But he never noticed me. He’s the last person in Daisy Hills I want to be stuck alone with, but no one else can get the job done in time.
Malcom
I don’t remember Celia from high school. But for the life of me, I can’t understand why. She’s a curvaceous beauty with a fiery, take-charge personality. I’m drawn to her the instant she walks through the door. Too bad she wants nothing to do with me. But the harder she tries to push me away, the more determined I am to break down her barriers. I may not have noticed her in high school, but she’s all I see now. I’m not giving up on her without a fight.
A good start to a new series. There is still that sweet love story that I loved. The quiet love that Malcolm has for Celia, a great new beginning and finding forgiveness and happiness.

Welcome to Daisy Hills.....a small town with a lot of sexy benefits
Celia is the first book in the Daisy Hills B&B series. If you have read Denver from the Harrison Brothers in Alaska series then you may remember Ravyn's bestie Bianca and that she was opening B&B in a week with her sisters. Well welcome to the Daisy Hills B&B located in the small and quaint town of Daisy Hills. There are five Turner sisters in all so get ready for some fun. Celia Turner is moving back to Daisy Hills to turn the large Victorian house she and her sisters inherited from their aunt six months ago. This was a big decision for Celia and one that she has mixed feelings about. But as the chef of the family the kitchen and food of the B&B is what the others voted she was going to do. So she finds herself arriving in town with one week before the opening and the kitchen to oversee. To say that Celia is picky, exacting and does not tolerate imperfection in her work space would be an understatement. So when her sister Isabella tells her there is a contractor who will be working around the clock with her to get it finished she is happy.....until she sees who it is. You see Celia had a crush, well way more than a crush, on him when they were in school together. But as she was shy and quiet he always ignored her, as if she was not there. Malcolm Maxwell was born, raised and still lives in Daisy Hill. He actually can't stand the "city" and never goes unless he has to pick up supplies. Malcolm is a contractor/builder who was hired by the Turner sisters to work with them to get the house renovated into a B&B. He is also a man who is still suffering from a family trauma which ripped he and his mother apart when he was in high school. It also made Malcolm not look for a relationship that would grow into marriage and a family of his own. When Celia and Malcolm are thrust into working together things get interesting. Celia is determined to not like Malcolm, and definitely not want him. Well what about a kiss....one kiss wouldn't hurt anything right? For Malcolm he does not remember Celia from before. But he does know exactly how he immediately feels about her now and it involves a lot more than just working together. Things are heating up in the kitchen at the Daisy Hills B&B and it isn't because of the oven, as that isn't hooked up yet!
This is a wonderful first book in this series. The characters and town are nicely introduced besides Celia and Malcolm. I enjoyed the story-line and building relationship between Celia and Malcolm as she learns that sometimes coming home is where you were meant to be all along and there can be some great benefits, not the least is a tall, muscular and sexy contractor who is good with his big hands. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.
This book was the first in a new series. One of my favourite things about this author’s books is how characters overlap in different series. So it’s like you don’t have to worry about missing them, because they pop up again! Celia is one of the Turner sisters. She has moved back to her small home town of Daisy Hills. Six months ago her and her four sisters (Isabella, Bianca, Miranda and Adriana) inherited their great aunt’s old Victorian house. They decided to renovate it and open it up as a bed and breakfast.
As the chef in her family, she’s in charge of overseeing the renovation work being done on the B&B’s kitchen. The man in charge of this project is Malcom, the guy she was in love with in high school – but he didn’t know that at the time. Celia still harbours some resentment and mistrust because of the way he treated her/ didn’t ‘see’ her back then. But, somewhat annoyed at herself, she still finds him ridiculously attractive, and she doesn’t know that he thinks of her the same way too!
This quick read is a sweet and steamy instalove story at its core. They fall hard and fast, but not without drama or misunderstanding, which always makes things entertaining, if not a bit frustrating at times. I’m really looking forward to the rest of the series, and finding out how each of the sisters falls in love, and how their new business booms. I give this book four and a half stars.

Well...I don't know...This was the start of the series and I was kind of up and down with this story. Yeah...I like the set up with the sisters going in on the B&B business together and we get to see them get their individual romance but it took me a bit to get on board with Celia and Malcom. It was instant love for both...Celia always had the crush on Malcom. Their attraction was intense and hot but their background story left me with questions. I don't want to give out spoilers but Malcom reasons on not remembering Celia in highschool were kind of thin and then all of sudden he remembers and the reason he remembers is (to me) kind of unbelievable. Don't get me started on his relationship with his mom...geesh...I did enjoy Celia and Malcom buildup to a relationship...their flirting was entertaining. Really tho...I like series that have family involved so these issues I had with this story will not deter me from reading the upcoming books. I love romance:)

Celia is one of four sisters that are reopening their grandma’s inn to a B & B. Celia is the chef and she is back to coordinate the kitchen remodel. She wants everything to be perfect! She is somewhat of a perfectionist her sisters say. She is working with the carpenter who happens to be her old high school crush. There are some hurt feelings because he never noticed her. Now she still has those feelings for him. Malcom can’t remember Celia and that makes her disappointed but she will still work with him on this kitchen project. Since they are both staying at the B & B they have time to get to know each other. Malcom swears this is the woman he has been waiting for. He just has to make Celia see it. It is an entertaining, funny, sexy sweet, passionate love story. But the question is will they work? Can they overcome their insecurities? Great read!

Celia came home to help his sisters to open a B&B, as the chef, she need to finish up on the kitchen renovation. Celia is particular on how it is set up and can be a handful. Malcom is a local contract who was hired to to do a rush job on the kitchen, forewarned of Celia he was not expecting her when he walked in. When Celia saw Malcom, she did could not believe her past crush was before her, what hurt her more, he did not recognize her.
This a sweet start for a delightful series as the sister find love. Malcom is a great guy, with a dark past of pain. He may not have remembered Celia when he first saw her, but she was the one person he could not get off his mind. Celia's feeling for Malcom came back with a rush, she was hesitant to give her heart. Their story is a bit of a bumpy road, with a reconnection and understanding, that leads to a HEA.

This is a short story and a quick read. Celia is a chef who has come back to her small town to help her sisters turn their great aunt's old Victorian home into a B&B. She has been putting off arriving since she mostly remembers everyone knowing everyone else's business which makes her uncomfortable. After arriving she finds out that not only is her high school crush going to be doing the kitchen work but the rest of her sisters are going to be unavailable for the last week before they open leaving her alone with him. Malcolm who was in a bad place in high school does not remember Celia and this makes her angry and sad. This is the first book in the Daisy Hills B&B series. It is fairly well written and has an easy, fun plot.

I liked this story a lot. It was short but entertaining and enjoyable. The characters were interesting and likable. I was a bit thrown by how angry Celia was with Malcom over his actions in high school. What he did (or didn't do) was so minor compared to what he could have done that I truly didn't understand her feelings toward him when they are reunited. Celia is still that shy girl from high school though and that colors all of her decisions. Malcom's actions now are totally the opposite of his actions when they were in school. The more time Celia and Malcom spend together the closer they become. I loved their happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

I’ll start by saying I will still read the other books in the series. I like the author. She writes short books with full storylines and they’re well written and enjoyable.
That being said, I HATED the h in this book. She was beyond obnoxious. She ruined the book. I wanted to quit half a dozen times before the half way mark. I kept going hoping that she would stop being a twit. She doesn’t. She holds a stupid high school grudge. I shows that he’s not the same person but she can’t let it go. She likes him enough to have sex with him but before they can get beyond kissing she’s bring up high school. He’s already apologized for not remembering her but she keeps bringing it up over and over. I honestly couldn’t figure out what exactly he liked about her.
First things first; I like the cover of this book! Celia is the first book in the ‘’Daisy hills B&B’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Celia has had a crush on Malcom for years. When he is hired to be the contractor for Celia’s family B&B, will they find love? The chemistry between Celia and Malcom is clear to see and I liked them together. I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.
This is a fast fun read that is the start to the latest series from the very talented Kali Hart Like all of her reads it is a quick read that will take you less than an hour to finish.
Celia and her sisters have inherited a B&B and everything is finished for their opening except the kitchen As the chef of the family Celia is the one that has to supervise this. What she didn't expect was that the man doing it was the guy she crushed on at school who never even looked at her. One look at her and Malcolm knows she is the one for him even if he doesn't remember her from school So why does she want nothing to do with him can he wear her down and get her to give him a chance.
Small town story that's sweet, steamy and insta love. Celia is excited that she and her sisters have opened their B&B in their small town of Daisy Hills. The kitchen is the last to be remodeled and since Celia is going to be the chef she's working really close with the worker. She finds out that it's her high school crush, Malcom who never looked at her in high school. Malcom sees Celia now and he is instantly captivated by this curvaceous, fiery beauty. The more she pushes him away the more he's determined to make her his. Will Malcom and Celia get together? I received an ARC copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Self-confidence goes a long way to you realize that you may not be where you want to be but at least you’re not where you were. Celia is ambivalent and fights herself between who she was as a teenager and who she is now. This time in her life is very important as she and her sisters are opening up their own business in the town where they all grew up. So to see her teenage crush is conflicting. Does she see him as she was or is? Better yet, how does he see her? Growing up is hard but so is life. Yet when you go along in life with one who loves you, it makes it worth it all.

Celia was a great first book in the Daisy Hills B&B Series by Kali Hart. It was quick and steamy and easily read in under an hour making it a perfect afternoon escape. Celia is home to help her sisters run a B&B after inheriting a relative's house. She is the chef among her sisters so she is ready to get cooking. What she doesn't expect is to heat things up with Malcolm, a man she crushed on in high school. Malcolm is immediately smitten with Celia and he is determined to prove they belong together! Ready for book 2!
Kali Hart really knows how to bring a sweet Insta love story to the pages. This story is about an unrequited love during high school, but now they are adults, Malcolm is instantly attracted to Celia who has been in love with him since high school, although he didn’t even know she was alive. But now he wants her forever. You can’t miss this cute first story of this new series.

Celia and Malcolm have a sweet relationship in this small town romance. I love how the sisters are opening their B&B and I love the connection with Bianca and the Alaska series this author has. Their meeting is not as expected and I sort of had a hard time with Celia and understanding why she still held a grudge. I give it to Malcolm though because he didn't give up. It's sweet and sexy and now I can't wait for more.
The Party Room. A fantastic beginning. Celia is looking forward having her kitchen completed in time for the opening of the B&B. What isn’t looking forward to is spending the week with the contractor, Malcolm. He doesn’t remember her from high school but, wants to make her his future. Can Malcolm be trusted not to hurt Celia? You’ll have to wait and see.

We met Celia in a previous book. Celia is going home to open a B&B with her sisters. Home is Daisy Hills...a place Celia never felt she fit in. Yet, family is everything and she's ready to have her own kitchen. Unfortunately the contractor is Celia's former crush who never noticed her. Malcolm sees her now!

Celia has been in love with Malcom since high school but he never knew she existed cause he was having trouble at home and didn't want to bring her into to it. He started to remember her and fell in love with her right away. He was doing the remodel if the kitchen of her B&B she ran with her sister she was the cook so she had all day in the kitchen. They ended up happy ever after with a bay girl.
I would have given this book a solid 4 if it wasn't for Celia lack if communication skills. I was so upset with her not just telling Malcolm how he made her feel in tonight school. She told him about the condom but not about the way he made her feel.I totally appreciated Malcolm wanting to take her on a date first to "reconnect" with her. I guess it was his way to show her that he wanted more than jumping in the bed. Celia lack of maturity sadden me.
I enjoyed this book. This is Celia and Malcom’s story. He didn’t remember her from high school and she had a crush on him. Celia was mentioned in the Rescued by Live series. Good start to new series, can’t wait for Bianca’s story. I would like to know if Haylee finds love also.

First in the new series is Celia, falls for her old high school crush Malcom. Cute characters with a bit of history only one of them remembers. A great storyline of coming home again and this time getting the guy you’ve always crushed. Adorable ending, can’t wait to read the rest of these sisters living in Daisy Hills.

A passionate and entertaining enemies-to-lovers romance and book one in the Daisy Hills B&B series! It is an engaging, well written, funny, fast pace, and emotionally deep page turner. The characters are amazing; the chemistry between them is undeniable.

Celia, a chef, has come home to help her sisters run a B&B. She is remodeling the kitchen and the carpenter happens to be the boy she loved all through high school. He never noticed her then but boy he sure does now. Book one of Daisy Hills b&b.

... I just didn't like Celia. A boy in highschool ignored you and 10 years later you HATE him for it? Just petulant and childish. Also the stuff with his family was so shallow in development it was not needed. I will read the next one but this one is a dissappointment.
I love Kali Harts books and this one did not disappoint! I was looking forward to this so much and I was not let down! I loved how it sets up other stories in the series and even mentions another series (which I loved). Wonderful HEA no cheating or cliffhangers. Would highly recommend!
3.5 Stars This series is about a group of sisters who inherit a house that they turn into a B&B. This first book is about Celia whos the chef at the B&B and her romance with her long time crush Malcolm. I really enjoyed this book but the one of the things that I didn't like is that while they were being intimate they both brought up past other women he'd slept with.

Celia gets a big surprise when her contractor turns out to be Malcom the guy she secretly loved in high school. Unfortunately Malcom doesn't remember Celia and that just burns her. He eventually confesses he had family troubles back then and wasn't a good guy. It's all about timing and now it looks like they fit together well.

I like Kali Hart’s short stories but the only reason I have never rated more than 4 stars is that she really needs someone to proofread her writing. If there are too many typos it can be distracting and at times make it confusing to know what the author meant to say.
Celia comes home to be the chef in a new venture with her sisters. Malcom, her high school crush, is the contractor fixing the kitchen. He doesn't remember her and she's afraid to get involved with him. It has a sweet ending.
