Fast pace some steamy moments.
Gabriel is doing a favor for a old friend and thats bring his daughter home for Xmas, hes seeing alot of rich kids and when he spots Evie at first he doesnt recognize her shes different and well his body finds her 🔥🔥🔥
As for Evie she knows who Gabe is she hasn't seen him in 3 years and she annoyed knowing her father doing and messing up her vacation. Saved and tossed over his shoulder Evie and Gabriel have sexuap tension between the two and well Evie can push Gabe buttons and she does push them. Few times she was annoying on how bratty she was. But gabe knew how to handle her lol.
They do have a moment of we can't but glad it doesn't last long for them to want forever.
No ow/om drama, no cheating, sexy times, virgin gal and no manwhore

This was one steamy story that would have melted the snow off any mountain. Gabe is older and sparks fly when he sees Evie all grown up. Some moments had me angry at her as she seemed bratty and immature but I liked how Gabe handled her. It's sexy and a great read to curl up with for an hour to relax.

Gabe is sent to track down Evie and bring her home for Christmas. Only, Evie doesn't want to spend the holiday alone once again. It turns out, getting caught in a snowstorm is just the thing she needs, especially after confessing to Gabe that she's still a virgin.
But Gabe is older than her and her father's best friend. But seeing Evie again after all these years brings out his protective side and he wants her to be his. Only, what will her father have to say about all this?
Evie and Gabe get their happy ending in this stand-alone book.
I loved that it was established that Gabe hasn't seen Evie in years and that it is just now that he sees her as a woman and someone who's desirable. And even though Evie had a crush on him at 15, there was nothing there. I do have to wonder how they planned to tell Evie's father after Christmas if he didn't track them down.

I bought the book on Amazon after seeing it was attached in a series with book one.
-I liked the insta love between Gabriel and Evie. It might not have been so insta but long-going without anyone knowing or acknowledging.
-I liked how it was connected to the village of Christmas, like the other books in the series.
-Gabriel is super Alpha and doesn't mind showing it and Evie lust after it.
-I felt a little bad for Evie's father but everything went well.
-So there's not much of a story, more bedroom scenes, but it was a fun ride nonetheless.
-Editing: Missing words (Yeah, I don’t we’ll make, This really what, at driving in snow). Wrong tense (Getting something warm on, and I’m grabbed at anything).
-Gabriel thinks quantity/quality makes babies instead of timing (eye roll here): "We made l*ve three more times last night and welcomed the sun with a glorious clim*x that left us both so drained there was no way my ice princess wasn’t carrying my baby."

I really enjoyed this short story. It did have some grammar errors but still a great story. The characters are well developed and have amazing chemistry.
Gabriel is retired military and works on Wall street. His old commanding officer and friend calls him to bring his daughter home for Christmas when she skipped out on him.
Evie appears to be a spoiled brat, stubborn and had a secret crush on Gabriel when she was growing up.
Gabriel finds Evie and can't believe how beautiful and grown up she is. When she refuses to come with him, he slaps handcuffs on her and throws her over his shoulder and carries her to his truck. With the heat wave on I needed to cool down so I figured what better way than to read a couple Christmas themed books. But I forgot just how how Penelope Wylde can be and Getting Screwged will melt ice and rivals the heat outside right now. This book is part of the multi-author Santa's Coming series and it is a whole lot of fun and frisky naughtiness. It might even get you coal in your stocking from Santa. I adored this older man/younger woman with best friend's daughter/father's best friend taboo story about Evie and Gabriel. This is just an enjoyable and smexy hot short story with an interesting story-line and great characters.

Gabriel has to stop and get shelter from the snow storm and him and Evie lose their hearts to each other first Evie doesn’t thing Gabriel is serious about her staying with him but after her dad turns up and sees Gabriel with Evie she knows how serious he actually is she is his as he is hers.

This is a wonderful addition to this multi author world guaranteed to get you into the Christmas spirit and only a quick read because we all know how busy we are at this time of the year

This was a very hot and steamy romance! Evie and Gabriel have quite the explosive chemistry together. I love that Gabriel knows what he wants and isn't afraid to get it, no matter what. I love that Evie's first impressions were just a persona that she adopts and that it is totally different than who she really is. I thought their interactions were fun and sexy, and that this book was very entertaining and enjoyable to read!
I rate this book 4.5 stars.

An enjoyable, fast pace, steamy holiday romance! It is a well written, well developed, emotionally deep, and engaging page turner that moves at a brisk pace and will leave you wanting more. The characters are likeable (Gabriel is all alpha; Evie is sassy); the chemistry between them is instant and off the charts. Definitely recommended!

This well-written book 5 in A Billionaire Bodyguard Christmas Romance Series is n enjoyable, fast-paced , steamy holiday romancewith amazing characters. This story is a well constructed, well developed, emotionally deep, with engaging page turning scenes. This story will have you wanting more of everything. Gabriel is not looking forward to his job. Being tasked with getting a spoiled princess back to her father is the last thing he wants to do right before Christmas. This was ok. The h was a brat at first and I can't stand characters who are written that way. She redeems herself but I still didn't really connect with her. The H was didn't seem very sympathetic when she told him why her life isnt perfect. Overall, it wasn't my favorite.

I really don't like dad's best friends books. I read this book because it is part of this series. I think the writing is fine. I just didn't like the bratty kid attitude of Evie. The poor little rich girl drives me nuts.

This was my least favorite of the books so far. I have one more to go. This one was over the top. The characters were terrible and honestly Gabriel was creepy and it felt like he was highly inappropriate. I hated this one.

There’s no feeling of bah-humbug for me with this novella! Enjoyed the possessiveness and protectiveness of Gabriel. Appreciated that Evie was more than she seemed. Steamy times hit the spot, so to speak! I love reading this author’s Christmas themed novellas!
