Uh... soccer happens and cafe stuff and a festival and I read this just yesterday and can barely remember it, which I suppose says just about everything.
What I do remember is that I didn’t really care for it. The previous volumes of this series have managed to balance the antics and the ecchi content pretty well. This time out the stories fall flat (no puns about the lead character’s Grand Tetons intended).
I swear that there is a volume over volume increase in breast size and if your main draw was seeing Uzaki’s version of ‘Defying Gravity’, you will be well served, certainly more than the laws of physics. I just wish it offered anything else.
There is a point where her mom’s arm is literally engulfed in her own endowments and it’s... just... ludicrous, but not especially funny. That’s the level of comedy this volume, plus some annoying fourth wall breaking (I have a very low tolerance for this sort of thing).
Their friends trying to set them up... is feeling fairly stale at this point, alternating with extensive sequences of costuming for the heck of it (Are they all tight in the chest? Of course they are!).
And, geeze, leave sempai alone. If the guy wants to be a loner, give him a break. It’s not like Uzaki won’t be hanging around him anyway - she isn’t exactly shown to have a robust social network besides him anyhow.
2.5 stars, but I don’t feel like rounding this one up at all. The perfect example of a series that used to be more than the sum of its parts but is now just about the parts. I hope it regains its footing next volume.

For some reason this volume felt a bit more slow-paces than the others and I’m not sure why. The cage owner’s daughter caused some mischief while her father/the boss was away for a short amount of time. Sakurai’s friend then teamed up with the daughter to create a scheme in which Sakurai and Uzaki either get together or realize their feelings for each other. I’m not entirely sure if that scheme worked or not because while Uzaki misinterpreted the results of that scheme, Sakurai got pretty flustered. I’m going to be hopeful that he’s starting to realize his feelings for Uzaki-chan.

More silliness!
Poor Sakurai senpai is once again at the mercy of Hana chan! He just wants to be left alone to enjoy his video games, and Hana is determined to force him out into public. Add to that,his friend Sakaki has joined forces with his boss's increasingly unhinged daughter, Itou chan in the effort to bring the pair ❤ together in this romcom.

Looks like our two friends has woken up in the same bed and there’s some awkwardness between them. Meanwhile, we see Sakurai’s sporty side and his improved noodle-making skills but the tensions between him and Uzaki only get more tense after a romantic fortune telling. A- (91%/Excellent)

Decent volume.
There's school festival and cooking practice. Man, the misunderstanding joke is too good. Can't stop laughing, lol.
Also an okayish progress by the end of the volume. Fortune telling schemes are lit

A decent volume that gives us a bit of backstory on how the main couple met as well as having Sakurai getting more involved with Uzakis family. Nothing stand out in this volume but also nothing that was out right bad, I will continue the series.

Someone please save me. I have to wait a month for volume 5 & four to eight months for season 2 of the anime. 😭
