This has been my favorite so far. I loved getting the interactions with family and home town folks who have histories with these characters.

Entertaining and interesting. The characters are relatable and none are perfect, which I love because no one is perfect. I really enjoy when books in a new series but the same universe show characters from the other series and this definitely checks that box.

I found this the most interesting of the three novels in this series. The characters have developed and the author's writing style has grown, so that is pretty cool. I hope the series continues, as many aspects of this growing "family" are not settled at all.
