I don’t do commitment. I have my reasons.
But I’ve discovered some guys just can’t take a hint. So I’ve been playing a little game. Seeing just how far I can go before I send these guys running for the hills.
A little bit of crazy, Keeps me a single lady.
Except for this one guy who just keeps showing up. He makes me laugh. He listens. And all the crazy stuff I do doesn’t bother him. In fact, I think he likes it.
Which is a problem. Because if I’m not careful, I just might get used to needing someone.
Cute, refreshing how they met story. Vin is passionate while Ariana is quirky. Fate brings them together, life experiences and situations holds her back. Looking forward to reading the continuation of their story.
This was awful. Ridiculously short, with quite a full storyline. Confusing as hell sometimes, to the point where I had to go back and re read parts too. Ariana was very unlikeable for me and had no real depth and Vin didnt do anything for me whatsoever. The whole story seemed to be rushed and thrown together. The ending wasn't a cliffhanger as such but after reading the beginning of the free chapters from the next book, it shows as one year later. Seriously? They meet a handful of times, almost get it on but never do and then it jumps to a year later where hes meant to find her again? Wont be reading the next one
Things moved WAY too fast. And the way Vin called Ariana "My girl". They barely even knew each other. That unnerved me. I also didn't like the scene in the restaurant where they just made out and moaned into each other's mouths. That was uncomfortable to read. Imagining that happening in a public place. And why would they even remember each other after two years? Nothing even happened between them expect for them making out in a restaurant one time and nearly having a one night stand. Overall, bad read.

It is the breath of fresh air you didn't know you needed.
Ariana is not your typical girl, she a very challenging, smart funny and witty type of girl. She won't sell herself short, not even for a one night stand. That is until....he drops in.
And what a he, he is. The typical alpha male : gorgeous, famous, the type who listens and doesn't get scared easily and loves a good challenge.
This book was so short and rushed that you barely had time to get to know the characters. However, even a few pages in I couldnt stand ariana. Vin was quite boring too. There was no real character development and it definitly wasn't anything in it to make me want to reach for the next book
What an engaging tale! It served its purpose as a teaser novella … I’d like to find out more about what comes to pass between Vin (Philippe Lavin) and Ariana (Silva).
