Crime Thriller Short Stories which make you jump and gasp, hold your breath and choke. This author is a powerball, there is an ingenious twisted moral behind every story that should not be ignored.
Five short stories, one I had already read (Hazel is Missing), that neither scared, intrigued or horrified me as promised.
At best, this collection of mediocore tales barely kept me entertained. At several points I was severely tempted to DNF it, but muddled through.
None of the stories held any surprises; by at least half way through each one I had deduced the conclusion correctly. Not much suspense to be found in this collection.
Alexander thinks he has the angles all covered and that the interviews will be so easy. Twisted tales and interesting subjects cause him to re-look at his definitions. Caught in the madness and caught up in the injustice. Read.
