A very quick and easy read that begins to tell us what happened after ’the happily ever after’
There are 12 siblings that are separated soon after their birth and dispersed to 12 different kingdoms. All of them find homes with the kingdoms leaders and are raised as the rightful heirs- though there is much mystery surrounded by their appearance. One thing is certain, strange times are ahead for the kingdoms and only these 12 can save them. They need to work together to accomplish this task, but when tensions run high will they be able to complete their tasks or will it all fall apart before it even starts?
The story is greatly detailed and rich on plotline. Can these twelve siblings defeat their enemies and bring peace to their kingdoms at last?

The gang is all together - or are they? If you've been reading through the series, this is a group of young adults who are all strong leaders in their own right, battling to find a way so save their loved ones and kingdom. We've seen a few of them interacting here and there, but now they are all together ans still not sure exactly who they are up against or how to defeat the evil plaguing their lands.
This is a big cast of characters to shuffle and it is done well in this book. Their interactions are very believable. The challenges they faced in this book are just the beginning of what they need to deal with. Excited to see how this progresses. It was neat to finally meet Derillon and get a bit of her story too.
This is the final arc in the year long Kingdom of Fairytales series. Each 4 book series could be read as a standalone, but built towards this series. So far this book seems to follow that pattern in that there is enough background info given to introduce the characters (or jog your memory if it has been a bit since you read about a certain character) but I highly recommend reading ALL THE BOOKS because it has been an amazing journey and this is the culmination.

As the year comes to an end, the stories of kingdom of fairytales is also coming to an end.
The magical heirs, the demi-gods, are all united now. Heading to Urbis to finish their quest, they still have to face obstacles on their course. And in the meanwhile, we get the chance to see into Derillen's memories and see her awakening, her remembering, and her coming to the decision to usurp the power. The epic fight might begin. #
Fast paced and adventurous, the first book in the final miniseries brings a little insight into the dynamics of the group. We see how the unique abilities of the heirs are working together, or how a little magical influence can divide them. There are even some surprises coming from those from whom we don't expect it. The fight is far from over, and I look forward to seeing what will be the next steps to stop the evil from spreading around.

Ok start to final arc
An ok start to the final arc of the Kingdom of Fairytales books, though nothing really happens action-wise. It is good to get to meet the big bad behind the whole plot though, which sort of makes up for it a bit. Hopefully the next book will have more current action as well as back story.

Intriguing!
This is what this whole series has been working towards. Where all of the teasers are leading to. The grand finale. How exciting! And we also get so see things from the point of view of Derillen (the bad witch from Sleeping Beauty). That was intriguing! And some unexpected things happened. What a great start to the grand finale!

Finally the finale. Everyone is together and the real fun begins. The twists are abound and villainous treachery will start to be revealed. So excited to see how all plays out. 48 books lead to this thrilling yet to be revealed ending.

Answers and Questions
We here meet the resurrected Derillen and learn more about the siblings. The ending chapter was quite the surprise, although you knew something was not right. This is moving in many directions, and hopefully the unity of the siblings is back.

This book gives us a start of answers! It peaks your attention enough to be hooked and makes you gasps enough to wonder what crazy ride the authors will take us on next!!

Now that all the siblings are reunited everything is falling into place. I have loved this entire series and this book does not disappoint.
