If he’s being honest, it’s more than that. He craves her like no other. He’s better with technology than trying to understand women but Mila brings out the protective alpha inside of him.

For a chance at a future together, he’ll do whatever it takes to help her deal with the trauma of her past. How far will they go to put her demons to rest? Is it too late to save her from that which haunts her?

Trapped with the Alien is the fifth book in the Roh’ilian Warrior Series and takes place two months after Captured with the Alien. It was an absolute pleasure to read this very intriguing Sci-Fi alien romance. It has an interesting, well-paced plot with emotional undertones but please note that there are flashbacks of some heart-wrenching events. The characters are quite complex individuals with realistic flaws, one of them (a human female, Mila) is struggling with devastating memories while the other character (a Roh’ilian warrior, Ondrun) has some memories of a sad past but is very interested in pursuing & claiming Mila for his own & they both go through a lot of trials & tribulations before getting their HEA. There is some good support from the secondary characters.
There is: various kinds of aliens, despicable Yinean aliens, humans, Roh’ilian warriors, action, drama, suspense, intrigue, twists & turns, memories, terrible atrocities, unexpected attractions, wariness, distrust, tournaments, loneliness, devious plans, conflict, violence, misunderstandings, determination, steamy scenes, contentment & an interesting epilogue with a happy conclusion for this couple. I look forward to the next book in this series & would recommend this book.

Captured, imprisoned in dark caves, and used in a breeding program by the Yineans, Mila waited for the syringe that made her comply and turn her mind away from the monsters. She had given up on thoughts of ever being free. But now, two months after their rescue from the hated Yinean, supposedly the end of the nightmare, Mila still can’t forget. She can never go home and she will never be the same as before. She has become numb.

Ondrun is a Roh’ilian warrior who understands the latest advances in technology. His job is to program drones and monitor the city. He is also still fascinated with one of the humans they rescued from the caves. Having been through his own trauma, he wonders about how she is handling her own. Mila brings out the protective alpha inside of him and he wants to help her. He also believes he wants a future with her if she can face her trauma and heal. Is it too late for him to show her his love and heal her from her suffering he understands so well?

The reader is immersed again in this world the author has built. Now Ondrun is attracted to a human they rescued. She is suffering from PTSD after her horrible captivity. Grab your copy and see if Ondrun and Mila can help each other heal and find a future with each other. Is it time to start living again?

All I can say is Luna has managed to capture my heart right from the start with this amazing story. The ability to describe what the characters are experiencing emotionally and mentally, leaves the reader feeling part of their lives physically.

Mika has been through a lot during her time of captivity as a breeder that she has turn her feelings towards the male species compared off, not allowing herself to ever show sensitivity. She has always been a loner, even before her abduction, and feels more comfortable in solitude, especially since suffering her ordeal alone.

Ondrun is the quiet yet intelligent type that is harboring guilt of his own. Having been ripped from his family like the rest of the warriors, his ability to move forward is filled with so much difficulty. When he lays eyes on the beautiful, quiet human female, the pull he feels towards her is unexpected as is the need to protect her.

The story of these two characters is an emotional struggle filled with sensitivity and genuine emotions for one another. As they fight through their own dark history and battles, while also learning to rely on the other, Luna will bring you through a dark tunnel to the light on the other side.

Conclusion to the Roh’ilian Warriors series

Written for mature readers only (18+ years old) due to subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including adult intimate scenes and violence. This includes fighting, (attempted) kidnapping, assault, death, etc.

I highly recommend this series be read in order for maximum reader satisfaction and to prevent spoilers as there are reoccurring characters and an overall storyline arc.

I rated this t stars because it has the most complete story universe, interesting characters and it was a good escape from reality. That said, there are still a few grammatical issues (missing words, incorrect word spellings, etc.), but nothing I couldn’t interpret.

I also had a question that seems fundamental, but started to bother me about the second story ... and that is how do they all understand each other? There is nothing listed in any of the stories concerning imbedded translators, or other species abilities to understand any language spoken, etc. I didn’t lower my rating since it only seems to be bothering me, but it still seems like it should be addressed.

4 & 1\2terrific 🌟's

Ondrun is one of the last Roh'ilian warriors that doesn't have mate. He works the security cameras and has the city under his watchful eyes. Since helping to rescue the rest of the human women from the their torture in the caves he can't stop thinking king of the beautiful wounded Mila. He longs to protect her and show her she is not broken. But how can he heal the woman he's come to care about when he still has demons of his own he his battling. Mila was taken by the Yinean and forced into horrible experiments where the pumped her full of drugs to see if they could breed her with other aliens. She's been deeply traumatized, but someone in the gentle Ondrun screams safety, healing and most not all love.. These two spend time together and begin the slow process of healing and blossoming love. Watching trust build, and love bloom makes this the perfect ending to this arc of the series. It's beautifully told and you can't help but love both main characters. I'm going to miss these Roh'ilian warriors but I'm looking forward to the next series!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

Mila and Ondrun’s are the main characters and you will find yourself pulling for them to work through their issues to get an HEA. Ondrun realizes that Mila needs him to be patient and allow her to enter a relationship with him at her own pace. Both of them are suffering from severe PTSD and flashbacks.
Please note: Contains situations that some readers might find offensive or triggering.There were some parts of the story that were hard to read about but it helps you to understand the real issues that the characters need to work through.
This is the fifth book in the Roh'ilian Warrior Series. You do not have to have read the other books in the series to follow the story, but know there are previous characters from the other books mentioned. Can’t wait to find out what happens to Thalia and who is the baby daddy!

Wow, this was a really great story. Plenty of action, drama, violence, rape, drugs, abuse, kidnapping and finally peace and love. Mila is having a hard time getting past the abduction and the abuse that was done to her. She's drugged and raped daily but not by one alien but a bunch of aliens. She has nightmares and spends her time walking. When the Roh'ilian's broke in to save the humans and some warrior that were captured and helded in the caves Ondrun sees Mila he freezes and knows that she is someone that he wants to spend time with. I love how patient he was with Mila and how careful he was with everything they did together. They save each other. Can't wait to read about Thalia. This was a wonderful story. It tells the story of two broken people finding each other and helping to overcome their difficulties together. The story gives you the back story of each so you understand the trauma they have endured. It also speaks of how they understand each other and fit together like pieces of a puzzle. It is a standalone love story with a HEA and no cheating. It is a slow moving love story but that is what they each need. It is a great story that will have me seeking out more books by this author. I am waiting for the follow up book from this one but it is not necessary to enjoy this book.

Ondrun runs the tech end of things and is watching a human woman, Mila, that they were able to free from the monsters trapping them in caves for reproduction. Both of them have a sort of PTSD, with terrible backstories. He feels he can help her through it, but will she let him.

The characters are terrific as this series proceeds along its course. The storylines just keep getting better and are touching on a lot of things we can relate to. Coming to grips with your trauma and finding the one person that makes you feel complete and safe again. Ondrun and Mila have their ups and downs and finally give in to the wonder of their soul mate. The ending was perfect with the feathers.

Patience is Ondrum's strength

Ondrun has tragedies in his past that affects the present time as he goes with his warrior brothers to rescue the human women.
Once Mila is rescued and taken to Bhoste she still feels numb from what happened to her in the "breeding" program in the caves. The rapes make her leary of being touched by anyone.
Ondrum watches over her from a distance and it is a good thing because he is able to save her life.
Both of these two have mental healing to do and they may just be the one that the other needs.
I see there is going to be a spinoff coming soon but I am not ready to say goodbye to the Roh’ilian warriors. Hopefully more of their "brothers" will find happy ever afters too.

First off, this is the only book I’ve read in this series, and I can tell I need to go back and read the other four to get the full impact. That being said, even on its own, this was a very impactful and emotionally charged story. We have two characters who find, in each other, the strength they need to heal their hearts and minds. I can’t wait to go back and read the books leading up to this one, and then, hopefully soon, see what is in store for some of the other women we’ve been introduced too, especially Thalia!

Mila feels like she'll never get herself back after her ordeal. Ondrun, has been drawn to her since they rescued them, but he knows he's unworthy. He's hiding a secret, from her, from his fellow warriors. Mila feels safe with Ondrun, but until circumstances throw them together will she be able to put aside the horrors of the breeding experiments that she and the other women were subjected to? And does he want her that way? And what about the secret that he's keeping? Great world building awesome characters. I think this might the best one of the series yet. A must read.

After Mila is abducted, she is drugged and used in breeding experiments along with a group of other women. Ondrun is one of the warriors that rescues the women. He falls in love immediately but is patient and kind, working to win her trust. They both have trauma to deal with. Can they find their happily ever after together?
This was a hard read at the beginning. It is full of hope, recovery and love. It is so worth reading to the end! I am looking forward to reading the stories about the other women that were rescued. Well done!

Mila was abducted by the Yinean’s she and other women were drugged and used for breeding they were eventually saved and now Mila is trying to get on with her life but what Mila doesn’t know is that the alien that saved her Ondrun has been watching her. One day Ondrun might get the courage to speak to Mila she fascinates him and Ondrun’s protective instincts come out but will Mila fear him after all she’s been through?. Fantastic story I loved Ondrun’s character even though he had demons of his own he always put Mila first and I liked that and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Luna Luna Luna! WOW! That is really all there is to say! I am sorry to see this end. This story was amazing while satisfying. The worlds you created were phenomenal and made my heart soar to the stars! It has remarkable written characters and will lavish you while ravaging you soul! I understand the authors warning about the trigger but she doesn’t dwell too much on that part of her life. It’s necessary to understand her distress. My heart goes out to her. Despite all that, she learned to overcome her dark past and with her mate, Ondrun, learned to love again.

Ondrun’s patience and caring for Mila melts my heart. Even I don’t have his patience and his reward is his Mila.

Wow! This series....

Enjoyed Ondrun and Mila's story. The characters are more complex and carrying more baggage. I like that they are a little broken and are able to help each other while taking on more challenges and working through their relationship. Looking forward to the release of the next book in this series. In the meantime, I am going to read some of her other writings. Something tells me Thalia is going to be a handful to write about. Great series!

Ondrun helps rescue Mila and other human women from captivity where they were used for a breeding program. Ondrun is attracted to Mila, but takes things very slow with her as she is still mentally healing and afraid of men. Slowly she becomes closer and attached to Ondrun as he saved her and she feels differently about him. He still has his own issues from losing his family in the invasion. They bond and help each other overcome their issues and become a couple. Nice ending.

Quick read and HEA

This is Mila and Ondrun’s story. Their romance is sweet. He helped save Mila and other humans from captivity. Ondrun has some issues to work through as well. They take this journey together for healing and understanding. There are brief scenes of what the ladies were put through, just an FYI although it is the troupe of abduction romance.

Ondrun is totally awesome and Mlla doesn't know where to look! The tension between them jumps off the page as the writing makes the characters so real it's hard to believe you aren't really there with them.

Well in this entertaining story the flashbacks will make your head hurt. Mila was imprisoned in the dark caves, as she waited to be drugged to be breed. The damage was done, how can Ondrun a Roh’ilian warrior try's to help the little human they helped rescue. Great story line that this author developed.

A sci-fi read about two broken characters, Odrun by his parent's death in the invasion and Mila by the tortures suffered after being kidnapped.
It's a hard read but it's nice watching the characters fall for each other, the hope, recovery, and love they find.

Sweet Sci-Fi Romance

This story is on of overcoming trauma, with a slight sci-fi flavour. They both have hurdles to overcome, but they both help each other. I particularly like how patient Ondrun was with Mila and furthering their relationship. A lovely feel good story.
