உலக சினிமா 100 என்ற பெயரில் பல சினிமா ரசிகர்களும் ஆய்வாளர்களும் பட்டியல் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள்.அதன் பொதுவான தன்மை என்னவென்றால்,அந்தப் பட்டியலில் 90 படம் ஹாலிவுட் படமாக இருக்கும். அதுவும் பார்த்தால் காட்ஃபாதர்,ஷிண்ட்லர்ஸ் லிஸ்ட், ஸ்டார் வார்ஸ்,டைட்டானிக்,க்ளாடியேட்டர் என்று நாம் மனப்பாடமாகச் சொல்லி விடக் கூடியதாகத்தான் இருக்கும்.ஆனால் உலகம் என்பதோ சினிமா என்பதோ அமெரிக்காவுடன் முடிவதில்லையே?

About classic movies
Author in this first part of the book writes about 37 world classic movies. Gives brief narrative about the movie, director and why it is classic movies. But majority of the movies are about war crime, poverty, loneliness etc. Book have some conversion issues. Expecting the second volume of the book from the author.
