Pretty decent.
I like the approach of giving guidance on retirement strategies while being general enough to apply to a wide population. I feel the advice presented here applies most to upper middle class couples; those that are able to amass between about $1M to $5M before retirement.
How you like all the musical references will depend on your taste. It does pad out the book quite a bit, but maybe prevents it from becoming overwhelmingly dry. I think you will get the most out of these references if you are a young Boomer or older Gen Xer.
