I mean it's not about if I liked it or not. It was just a really good support for my course since the teacher does not gives us a lot of information so it saved me in some ways.
The fact that this is my first read of the year is really funny

fun fact 2.0 : it is a book about British Civilisation written in American english grammar but yeah

I had to read this for class, and unless you’re passionate about the UK and its politics, you won’t enjoy this book very much.
It’s helpful for class but holy cracker does it have a lot of information that it is impossible to remember ten minutes later. My advice would be to annotate (which I did not do because I was lazy and not really into this extraordinary story)
Otherwise I must say some parts were interesting, especially the ones about Queen Victoria and Elizabeth I and II.
