Easy reading but deep insights ! Excellent book for self help!

I found this book so helpful I ordered another one for friends! The book has plenty of examples and excellent discussion starters that would enhance most relationships! It covers a wide spectrum of situations in a non confrontational way . It is not prescriptive or patronising but deals with difficult issues well .
