This book turned the self help dial up to eleven... Very Oprah. Very - find your truth North.

I am sure all of these strategies can work. But the foundation of the book is that an individual's life can change if they decide to change it. The reality is that the lack of autonomy available to most people traps us into cycles of working too hard, in pointless jobs, until we die.
