Friday With Dracula on our side, nothing can go wrong, right? Right?! Things are slipping, falling apart. I’m not sure how much more of this mess I can take. We’re being held together by a thread. The only thing keeping me going is the thought of what lies at the end. Happiness? Peace? Lots and lots of s– Okay, you get the point. But it’s all I have pushing me forward. We can do this. We’ve got this. We are meant to be and nothing can stop the force of the universe. Not even an old, bitter prophet. The guys They can be stupid at times, they know that. Okay, not all of them but at least half. They’re guys, it’s just what they do. They don’t always think before they act, but they do know how to make up for their transgressions and that is the only thing that saves them. Oh, and the fact that they’re cute. That’s definitely helpful. Dracula is still a pain in the butt, but Friday trusts him, so they should, too. They need more friends than foes, and Dracula is someone they desperately need on their side. Putting their plan into action is all that’s left to do. They can only hope it’ll be enough. Finding Forever is book SIX in the Road to Truth series. It is the final book in this series and ends with a HEA! This series is best read in order.
I felt like I couldn’t give this more than 3 stars because I just felt it wasn’t as good as the first 5 books, there were a lot of things (some minor, some major) that we didn’t get to see/understand or get answers to. Also there was a lack of sex in this book, especially with the MM situations and they seemed to be pointing towards more of the guys getting together but we didn’t see that. We didn’t even get a 5 person orgy which was what I was looking forward to, even Friday had mentioned wanting to do it with all of them throughout the books but it never happened and I was disappointed.
One of my big peeves was that we didn’t get to see how they killed the whisper, or the warlock (yeah we saw him die but it doesn’t say who did it). Like the whisper was meant to be this crazy strong, unkillable guy and yet Alec and Maddox just suddenly go 2 to 1 with him and somehow win when Friday is in another room? I just don’t believe the author knew how to kill an unkillable character and that was disappointing. Also where did that knife come from? It felt a bit weird that this knife turned up in her hand. I could guess that Lenny sent it to her hand but we don’t really know. Was it what Mahlia gave her at the ceremony? Plus Evenia seemed way too easy to kill in all honesty, I get she was caught off guard by her mate dying in front of her but I don’t know if just felt weird and rushed.
I felt like this didn’t need a full book. I don’t think I liked the whole Dracula thing, I already knew he hadn’t betrayed them but the author didn’t do anything extraordinary to make me believe he had anything but good intentions. Also what was this ‘familial’ connection between Friday and Dracula? Their ‘connection’ is mentioned and never actually concluded.
Did they ever invite Callan’s friend round for dinner? Was he still as awkward as he was the first few times they met?
I just feel like things were touched on and just thrown away. I think by the end of the book I was just glad it was coming to a close as I think 6 books were too much for this series it would have fit into 5 easily.
I think I’ll read the next one as I quite like Leona from what I’ve seen.
This is a great book series that takes you on a journey through Friday's life. You get to know her and the guys thoroughly and it just makes you love everything more. Quell T. Fox does a great job at keeping you engaged and wanting to read more. I really couldn't put down these books.
The plot is great, the sex is awesome, the character development is exceptional, and it's easy to love all the characters and the rolls they play in learning what type of supernatural Friday is. As well as how they work towards their happy ever after with all of the baggage they each carry.
Takes! The finale. despite the tense errors that are like speed bumps to the reader, the story was interesting. There was more plot and less sex (thank you!) A couple of thing are nagging at me. First, Maddox told Friday they lived in Indiana. Then when they got home, it was Ohio! Totally different state. Friday was originally from Ohio, the guys were from Indiana. Second, Friday said she needed winter clothes, it never said she got them, or new underwear or a car of her own. Did they ever get clothes for Leona? Minor details that drive a reader crazy.Never explained how previous prophets mates were dealt with. Especially the Whisper! He seemed undefeatable.
But disappointed that they were so disconnected for a lot of the book, and felt the ending seemed rushed. Fight scene wasn't much and the epilogue should have been longer. Would ahve liked to actually see a bit more of their happy ending. And all of that for her to be the ultimate prophet and then immediately have like almost 30 minions seems like a waste. We never got to see their powers either and what they could do. The thread or Alec's brother and how something bothered Friday never got picked back up, there seemed to be more to it when he told her but then it was never really mentioned again. I know there are sequel series including one about Leona but I feel a bit cheated.
I really enjoyed this six book series. This final book had the same interesting twists and turns as the earlier ones. It was very interesting reading how the main characters developed and overcame their traumas to reach their happy ever after. There were a few points along the way that could still be developed so I’m hoping the spin off series does that. I already have the first book. I’m equally sure if you like good suspenseful adventures and nail biting romances you’ll enjoy this immersive series as much as I did. Happy Reading!
I’m glad I finally got to read the ending of this series. I did enjoy it but sadly not as much as all of the previous books. This one was more focused on ending the story, which is good, don’t get me wrong. But there was only one sex scene in this book and it was very short!! And it was only with Friday and Callan. No 5 person orgy.. so disappointing. Hah. My pervert brain needs more sexy time.
Oh my! How to put into words what I'm feeling... This series has been an emotional rollercoaster for all. I loved following the story of love between Friday and her guys. I also loved the added mystery and adventure that came along with them. This book alone had me in tears, giggling, and sitting at the edge of my seat. I loved the journey I just went on with them. It would be awesome to see what comes next for all the kids and Fridays new power.
This series has been amazing to read! It grabbed me from the very beginning all the way to the end of this book. I love the interaction with Friday and her guys. The books have suspense, drama, love, hot steamy men, wit, and all the feels. You will not be disappointed and I highly recommend this series! I’m sad to see it end but all good things must come to an end. Thank you for an amazing series Quell T. Fox 💖
I would normally give this a 4 star review because it was awesome and would not read it again since I have a large TBR but thinking back to the entire series it really was a week thought it series. It deserves accolades. Therefore it gets 5 stars from me. Who knows... maybe I will read it again too go back and see the characters before they grew into my heart!
I enjoyed this series from the start. I couldn’t put it down because I wanted to know what would happen next. The characters were great along with emotions I felt while ready it. The tears. Laughter had me so captured. I will look forward to reading more books from this other.
I absolutely loved this series! Friday and her men are the best! Alec turned out to be my favorite to be honest. The world and character building was fantastic! It ways written well with just the right amount of humor. I loved seeing everyones POV. Although now I need the stories for the other big characters (Mahlia, Leona, Briella and Milo).
This series was just so good! I’m so glad these characters are in the Hidden Truths series as well cause they’re just gold! It’s been amazing watching them grow into the family they become by the end of the series. I love their dynamic and love for each other. Amazing job Quell!
I really loved this series but I felt like so many things were left unanswered.ie was Alec memory messed with about his mum and brothers deaths. Who did she have sex with in the bar toilet who help her when she was trapped in the chair . What happened to the restaurant I feel like thing weren't tied up properly 😕

This is the last book in this series and boy was it a journey. I highly recommend this series, especially when you need a sweet and heart-warming series to bring your smut out. It was a super easy to read reverse harem with the sweetest guys and their sexy cupcake.
Every single book in this series has been so good! It’s spicy, humorous and yet still retains plot points. Each guy in the harem is dreamy on their own but together? Perfect!
I have thoroughly enjoyed this series! It's been amazing and the final book was no different. I have no idea what to do with my life now its over. Lenny is and will always my fave of Friday's men and he's become one of my book boyfriends ( sorry Friday)
I enjoyed this series. I loved watching the relationship and each character develop. I only missed having more use of the paranormal abilities. I wanted to know what a seer actually does once she has her powers. Other than that - well done.
Natalie continues to provide a wonderful listening experience! Book 6 picks right up where book 5 ended. What a great ending! I enjoyed the ride. Its kind of sad when characters you get to know and care about are done.
Good ending to a good series. I do think the series could have been shorter which probably would have kept me more interested. I started loosing interest in book 5 but needed to finish the series.
Bit if an anticlimactic ending. Everything went smooth n easy. Loved the super sweet HEA. Leona was a nice addition n I kinda wanna read her story now.
This is the sixth and final book in The Road to Truth series. It was just as amazing as the first five. Quell T Fox has done a great job Sith these books. I loved all the characters. Their growth and their bonding together. There were twist throughout but everything led to them finding their forever and I loved the end. I will definitely read more from this author
