Considerations: A Guide For Moving Abroad

Rate this book
If you are contemplating a move abroad, follow me as I make that decision, do the necessary research, plan and prepare for a year before I move to a small town near the largest lake in the country of Mexico. This book is based on my experience moving to San Antonio Tlayacapan, by myself in December of 2017. I was a 54-year-old retired school teacher when I made the move that changed my life entirely mind, body and soul. I wake up every morning with a smile on my face and joy in my heart. After arriving I began a journey of self-discovery with no end in sight. This is a book of considerations, for anyone contemplating such a move anywhere abroad. The contents within are specific to Jalisco, MX and the Lake Chapala area because that was my experience. Although, each consideration is a generalization I believe they are the most primary.

A quick guide to Moving Abroad.

I found Queen through a YouTube interview of expats living in Mexico because I'm considering moving to Mexico and there was a link to her book included.

The book gives her time line in detail of her move and experiences during and after as an outline for others to follow.

Thanks for making my decision a little easier. Hope to run into you on the road sometime soon Sis!

Helpful Concise Move Abroad Manuel

This is a great quick read about moving abroad, focused for retired women. Queen shares her story about moving to Lake Chapala area in Mexico practically and humbly with a great sense of humor. Thank you, Queen, for sharing. I’ll be there soon!

Quick but quite informative read

Enjoyed reading this on my Kindle. Because I watched her on FB, I recognize her style of writing is like her talking. Quite personable.
