In this important book you'll

It is an invaluable resource for anyone seeking to improve their persuasion or deal-making abilities.
One of the books that I will definitely read for a second time. All aspects are described in an easy for the reader manner, palatably and digestible. The author has summoned a great deal of concepts on how to persuade and influence and touches them from scientific and practical approach without tiring and exhaustive examples and descriptions. Some topics though, body language and personality traits would have needed more analysis towards an approach to connect the common best practices to persuasion, yet the gap is indeed small.
I mostly enjoyed the fact that author's descriptions and analyses move around the framework: ancient Greek philosophical concepts - modern scientific approaches - real world practices. This triplet is apparent throughout and applied in all chapters while it makes it leaner for the reader to comprehend and remember the content.
Client training on this 4 step approach, which obviously makes sense: 1. Building Credibility 2. Engaging Emotion 3. Demonstrating Logic 4. Facilitating Action
