I love this cookbook. After reading it and listing the recipes I wanted to copy before returning it to the library, I just gave up and ordered it and the follow up from Amazon.

Every single recipe is delicious although I have only made the vegetarian ones. I bought a second copy for the cottage.

I've been using this Bean book for decades. I have the first edition and it is well worn. Simple straightforward recipes that are delicious!
