Incredibly disappointed I can't find this in a digital edition. Always one of my favorite books. Make your employee first, not the customer. Every employee gets business cards ds because they're all the most important employees. I need to dig out my hardcover and read it again.
i read the Indonesian version - it's innocuously disguised as a book of jokes but some of the points, simple as they are, contributes to "do as i do not just as i say" brand of leadership and also "treat employees equally" concept that are non existent in Indonesia.
