Multi faceted approach tailored to you

This book looks at multiple approaches to get you feeling your best. First, the book explains what an endomorph is (as opposed to ectomorph or mesomorph). Then, the book goes into appropriate foods to have in the endomorph diet and what to avoid. I liked and appreciated that there was a 28 day meal plan provided. That is nearly a whole month of work already done for you. Finally, the book looks at the appropriate exercises to fit the endomorph type. I think that is the best way to go about getting healthier, eating better and moving more.

consider your body type

This book is very good because it doesn’t just put everyone in a one size fits all weight loss category. It considers different body types and the best things to eat for that type. There are 3 body types mentioned in this book, though it mainly focuses on the endpmorph. The 28 day meal plan and recipes are also very helpful

Vague instructions

Directions on ingredients (cup cake with Angel food cake mix) instructions not clear and found this with quite a few others in this book.
Incomplete directions very frustrating

Did anyone proofread or edit this book? I felt like I needed to take a red pen to the book. Clearly it was rushed to print.
