This was the first book I’ve read by this author and it won’t be the last! This was quite the good read! I really loved Mary and Arne’s story. Such a sad, tragic tale and one that’s very believable. Humans being stupid that they are would totally do something idiotic like hatch some damn space worm and have it run wild all over the world killing the population…. Especially if Biden was in office 😤🤪. I digress. Now, this story was filled with some crazy passion and intense heat, fiery chemistry from our main characters that I enjoyed immensely! Right from the start our boy Arne was smitten 😘😂 and he had to go claim his Mary. She didn’t know what she was in for but she was certainly happy after 5 minor meeting our beau 😘❤️. I’m certainly looking forward to starting this series. It was very interesting, although I dislike that these women would be forced into marriages with men with multiple wives I hope this author doesn’t take it there. We’ll have to see. The world building was actually very good for a novella being that they’re short. I’m left wanting more and that’s a very good thing. This grumpy bear 🐻 gave this book 5 cosmic stars 💥💥💥💥💥

This is the second book I read, first for me was Rescued.

So I really like the idea of Viginkrs and fated mates (my thing), but I would really wish for these books to be longer.

Not only that, the ending is abrupt and gives no real closure. In both books. I know the story continues but still. I hope this evolves with the 3rd book.
