Holy Hotness the Gods of Vegas continue to steam up the pages.
Sebastian & Isa have an immediate pull towards one another but family obligations have them promised to others. Isa is a strong, successful business woman that knows what she wants. she is smart, headstrong and a force to be reckoned with. Seb is a man on the cusp of relinquishing control of two major families in the underground. He is to take a wife and it just so happens she is already on his radar. I loved revisiting the lives of old friends from previous books!
When the truth becomes known how can Isa and Seb move past the betrayal and have any kind of future.
This story is filled with passion, lust, lies, betrayal and deceit but could love also be in the there, if they survive the explosive aftermath.

Master of Control by Sienna Snow is book 5 in the Gods of Vegas Series. This is the story of Eloisa 'Isa' Benz and Sebastian 'Baz' Weber. I have read the previous books which of course added to my enjoyment of this one. But, I do feel you can make this a standalone book if you wish to do so. Eloisa and Sebastian grandparents made a marriage pledge between the two families for their grandchildren to marry. Now in their present day Eloisa and Sebastian are being informed that it is time to act on that pledge. Neither are happy about it this but both know that they have to stand with their families.
Sebastian wish to take down his father who is behind several dirty deeds so this may be a support in that direction. Eloisa doesn't reveal her real life to much to her family and knows this marriage isn't going to help her situation. Not wanting to meet the man she has to marry until the last minute. But then a man named Baz enter into her world and she know they can be nothing but friends. Sebastian wanted to meet the women he will be married to without her knowing who he truly is....so this is just adding to their mixed up life. But one thing both can't seem to stop are the growing feelings they are having. Loved their story and will be looking for more from this author.

I was hooked! Sebastian and Isa are smoking hot but what draws you in is the story and right from the beginning I was nervous and on edge. This is one crazy ride but like Isa I felt drawn to Sebastian, even when you know you shouldn't. There are some twists and family values that will drive you crazy but through it all, Sebastian and Isa are the ones who kept me reading. This series just keeps getting better and better and steamier. You may need a fan with this one and I wouldn't mind having Sebastian in control.

I thought Eloisa and Sebastian's was decadently sinful. I loved the intensity, the drama, the danger, the tension, the darkness, the emotion and the suspense and the sizzling steam. This is the kind of book that just has an all around epic feel to it and that makes it super easy to get swept up into it. I felt that these complex characters were intriguing enough that you were eager to peel back their layers and really get to know them. Plus, there are plenty of twists that will keep you on your toes. I thought that this was a excellent read. This is my elective, forthright review.

Love this series

Another winner in this hot series. Sebastian was a man of many faces. Ready to take over from his mafia father and marry Isa. He is everything a hero should be. This was not your traditional mafia story, it was more about this couple, which I loved. Isa is no wallflower, she can fire a snipper rifle, she gives as good as she gets from her husband, and is a smart business woman. I enjoyed involvement of past characters in this one. Well written and balanced.

This book is one of those you pick up and you don't put down because you can't stop reading. This one is also super steamy and the chemistry between Sebastian and Isa is off the charts and you kindle just might melt in your very hands. These two get off to a rocky start and you just might get the impression that these two will never work things out so they can at least be civil to each other. Much less discover the amazing chemistry they have for each other. After all Isa is one stubborn have it my way or no way at all kind of girl and she has paved her own way in the world but she is not done yet and she has that in common with Sebastian. There is also a desire to break away from their families buy their families have totally different plans for them. This story is also filled with passion and suspense and will keep you on the edge of your seat. Of all the books in this series, this one is my very favorite.

Master of Control by Sienna Snow is the 5th book in the Gods of Vegas series. This is Eloisa 'Isa' Benz and Sebastian 'Baz' Weber's story. Sebastian and Isa are to be married as per the arrangement between the two families but neither one is happy because they have their own lives and businesses/empires to run. Sebastian wanted to meet Isa before the arranged marriage. He deceived Isa and didn't tell her he is her intended groom. Isa falls for "Bas" and the chemistry between sassy, strong Isa and intense, powerful Sebastian. Ohhh yasss! This story has everything- twists, turns, secrets, lies, mafia , heat, feels, angst, drama, betrayal, lust, dark romance, alpha hero, strong heroine, arranged marriage, and awesome HEA. I really enjoyed reading this installment in the Gods of Vegas series and look forward to more.

These books just keep getting steamier and steamier! I also love the story lines and the suspense added in each story and how connected these couples are! You get to meet new amazing characters as well as getting to see the ones I have come to love!

Sebastian and Isa’s story starts rocky and leaves you wondering just how these two will come together! Though deceit played a part I can see how a little push was needed because Isa is a head strong woman who paved her own way! They are both trying to carve their way into the world and release themselves from their family bonds but their families have other plans!

Even with medaling family these two still found their own way! I wish I could’ve gotten more because that’s how amazing this story is! I was left needing more of this couple and I can’t wait to see who comes next!

It was okay. Isa and Baz had great chemistry. I couldn't deal with all of the lies by omission by Baz and Isa's constant description of his tattoos peaking out from his shirt.

This book was absolutely phenomenal it had me hooked from the beginning until the end and and it was was filled with action and suspense and off the charts chemistry and hot sex scenes including bdsm ,but add Mafia families and contracts for arrange marriage and murder and so many lies and spies just blows your mind away. Isa is such a breatge of fresh air as she shows her own strength in the business world and is such a strong willed woman who knows what she wants and not afraid to find love. Sebastian is not happy when he finds out about his arrange marriage but will she hate him on their wedding day?this book was absolutely fantastic .

WOW this book was off the charts!! I read it in 24 hours - could not put it down. I’m wondering how I not only missed this series but why this is only the second book I have read by this author. I will be adding Ms Snow to my TBR author listing.

Sebastian ( Baz ) Weber and Eloisa ( Isa ) Benz are forced into an arranged marriage to protect their families holdings in the German mafia. Sebastian decides he can’t not see his intended bride before the wedding and decides to seek Isa out at one of the nightclubs she owes under the guise of a VIP customer. Sparks fly immediately , however , Isa knows nothing further can come of a relationship. Baz proposes friendship and the two spend five months getting to know each other - usually meeting for coffee.

There is a question that can’t be answered until they marry ... of course Isa is shocked , hurt and angry .... deceit , lying by omission , violation of trust is no way to start a marriage ...

Can these two find their way to a HEA - absolutely and it’s one of the best ones !! I only wish this book didn’t end - I wanted more of these characters.

Highly recommend this book and author !! I will be checking out more in this series. I’m pretty sure most readers will be devouring this book !!

Master of Control, book 5 in the Gods of Vegas series was a fantastic read! Right from the very beginning I knew there was going to be trouble and I was nervous of how Sebastian and Isa were going to reach their happily ever after. Old world values, honor and sacrifice, and secrets are what rule these families and they definitely impacted Sebastian and Isa. Sebastian had kept a pretty big secret and when Isa learned the truth to say she was livid is an understatement. But even as much as the deception made me nervous, I felt it actually made their relationship so much stronger.

I admired Isa so much, she is not a pampered princess, she is strong and smart and has made quite a name for herself. So for her to be told an arranged marriage was agreed upon when she was just a teenager and that it was now due, she was not happy and was not willing to go through with it, but to honor her family she knew she had to. Sebastian was also unaware of this agreement and he too was initially not on board, but his legacy and to find information that has plagued him for years was his deciding factor.

Both Isa and Sebastian were complex characters and their true selves were hidden, but to each other they felt free and safe. Their beginning was definitely rocky, but the love they found in each other made the journey so much more satisfying. The chemistry was off the charts and heat was scorching. The suspense portion of their story kept me turning the pages until the very end. Another fantastic 5-star read.

The greatest thing about this story was with all the twists, turns and secrets, it all came together in a masterful endgame of mafia proportions. Isa and Sebastian both learn of a binding wedding contract between the two of them created by their respective families, to create a fierce group to be reckoned with. They both find that they can't escape and give in...But not until all the secrets come out.

Author Snow gives us more of the Lykaios family from the previous books, and it's always fun to read more about the strong women that brought their men to their knees. Snow has an obvious blast proving to the reader that her women are no pushovers. Even in the bedroom! Isa runs several European night clubs and the Lykaios women all have equally independent jobs. Snow writes these ladies with no apologies, and makes their men work hard for a place in their lives.

It was great reading how Isa and Sebastian got to know each other, even through the secrets and cover-ups. They may be mafia kids, but there's definitely more to them than meets the eye. I thought it was genius how Snow brought everything together, making these complex characters fully three dimensional, and bringing a happy conclusion.

Master of Control is the fifth installment in the Gods of Vegas series. The book can be read as a standalone. But by reading the other books it helps the reader understand some of the back story with other characters.

***I'm still needing to read the first 3 books of the series.

This is Sebastian (Baz) & Isa's story. They have instantaneous chemistry between the two. That is until Isa learns Baz has decieved her from the start of their "friendship". Baz knows who Isa is & about their families arranged marriage for the two. This breach in trust doesn't put much of a damper on their steamy sexual chemistry.
Both characters find love, trust and loyalty when they go into hiding after learning that Sebastians father, Jonas is in deep with Malkovich. Malkovich is wanting Isa as his to populate his army. Jonas has put a hit on his son. After one of Sebastians men turn on him and Isa ends up shot. Sebastian heads home into a turf war, to clean up the mess and to protect his bride, who has enslaved his heart.
This story is a suspenseful, romance with a bit of action. It's a page turner and will suck you into the story from the right up until the final page.

I'm looking forward reading the rest of this series.

There are so many reasons to LOVE this author especially since brilliance pours out of her into her stories, but I think my very favorite thing is the way she writes her heroines. There isn't one of them who isn't strong, independent, and can go toe to toe with the men (you won't find them playing the victim that's for sure), and Isa is another one of those amazing heroines. She's happy with her life when her father lets her know that she's contracted to marry Sebastian Weber, whose family agreed, so neither of them are happy about it. She refuses to see him before, so he gets the bright idea of finding her but telling her that he's someone else. I mean, what was he thinking at this point?! Isa is going to lose it when it's revealed & there's no way around her finding out. With exciting twists around every corner, a couple who are perfect for each other (though it was rocky at first), serious heat between the two, and just a plain page turner that I couldn't put down for anything, this is another perfect story from Sienna Snow. So, ALL ABOARD! Buckle up & hit those one click buttons for one hell of a ride! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Gimme all Sienna Snow has to offer. I mean really, all the words! Master of Control is the fifth in the God's of Vegas series and she just keeps getting better.

Having to endure an arranged marriage sounds like the exact opposite of control but Sebastián "Baz" and Isa manage it with serious style. Their connection transcended the pages of my Kindle from their first meeting and just kept heating up. With their marriage, Baz becomes the head of a major criminal organization but he's got to balance that with his very covert position as an Interpol agent and his struggle to bring down his incredibly corrupt father. Isa is a complication he doesn't need but one he cannot control his reaction to. He exercises control in all other things (so hot) but his wife is his weakness. He'll pull down the sky if that's what it takes to protect his wife.

Fire. This book is just pure fire. Quick pace and great writing by Snow and great to catch up with players from previous books (you don't need to have read them but you definitely want to!) Fantastic addition to the series!

I love arranged marriages and even more if they are between Mafia families 😍

Sebastian wants to take down his father because he know that he has been behind all the bad things that had happened in the family and a surprised arranged marriage that his grandfather and mother arranged for him might be the answer even if he doesn’t want to. Isa loves her independence even if she has to hide her work to her family but a surprised contract between her and Sebastian’a family might change her view on things.

Sebastian is strong, interesting, ruthless when he needs to, slick and has a suave personality that gets you every time 🤤

I think my favorite characters was Isa because I just love when they make a strong female character that can take care of herself but accepts the help and love of her soulmate 🥰

I had a great time reading it, the characters have great chemistry and the plot was a good one, I felt it was too short for my taste because I wanted more of Sebastian and Isa they are a great couple and you love them together.

Arranged marriages seem to be the normal among Mafia families all over the world.

Sebastian and Isa are to be married as per the arrangement between the two families. Neither one is happy about this as they both have their own empires to run. Sebastian makes a point of meeting his future wife Isa. She does not know that that the charming Sebastian is the man she is to marry. They form a friendship before the marriage. Sebastian wants more but Isa is determined not to let her feelings get in the way as she has been promised to another.

On the wedding day Isa sees that Sebastian is the man she is to marry and is angry because of his betrayal. This naturally does not last long as Sebastian is her weakness.

Sebastian father is determined to get rid of Isa but his plans are foiled due to Sebastian finding out what his father is planning. Sebastian swears to keep her safe by taking her away.

This book is action packed and steamy. Anyone into Mafia stories will be in for a treat with this book.

Amazing story line and very easy to read. Well worth 5 stars.

I am very disappointed . I've been waiting for this book to come out for a while now and couldn't wait to read it when it was released but it wasn't a wait worthwhile .
Master Of Control talks about Isa and Sebastian who are arranged to get married thanks to a contract made by both their grandads and mothers . They end up falling in love before their marriage , due to meeting at Isa's secret club and starting a friendship fueled by their attraction to each other .
I liked how Isa was determined not to cheat on her fiancé even though she hadn't even met him yet . But I didn't like her character much . She cried every time he lied to her , and I get that crying in anger is a thing , but she wasn't portrayed as a very tough woman with him specificaly.
As for Sebastian , he always lied to her for stupid reasons . I get why he hid stuff from her for her own good sometimes but since the author kept saying she was strong and tough and not your usual pempered princess then she should've been included in a lot of the situations she was lied to in .

Ughh I hate when this happens!! You fall in love with certain side characters and get so hype for their book. But when you finally get to their story it’s just falls flat! Why?!?!

This story starts off with Eloisa having a meeting with her family where she finds out that she’s been promised to a ruthless heartless mafia heir who doesn’t mind ending someone to get his way. One night at her night club she meet the man of her dreams but she knows she promised to someone else. So they enter into this friendship just to get to know each other better. On the day of her wedding as she’s getting ready to walk down the aisle, she comes face to face with her new husband and the man who lie about his identity, Sebastian.

The primis of this book had me sold. The characters in this book that I met in previous books in the series had me hooked. But the follow through let me down! The smutt was great, the danger was great, but I just wish this story was a little longer and Eloisa didn’t take him back so fast. I wanted Sebastian to grovel!!! Other than that the book is ok.

Marriage of Deception.....

For Isa an arranged marriage was definitely not what she had in mind for her future. Her timing could not be any worse. She falls in lust with a man only known as Bas. She did not want to find out anything else about him, it was meant to be a one time night of passion. To her dismay, she finds out the man she is to marry is the very man that rocked her world with his scorching touch and unbridled desires.

Sebastian Weber loves to be in control and in charge. He makes a deal with the devil that will forever change his world. He was not prepared for the spell that was cast on him by Isa. Sharing his feelings with her puts her in harm's way. Isa is his and he will protect her, even if it means his life. Their story is full of never ending intrigue and suspense. The chemistry and passion between these two mirrors the title of this collection, Breathless.

This is the fifth book in the Gods of Vegas series and it can be read as a standalone. From the beginning the author shows her writing chops and readers are in for a treat. Sebastian is told that he must marry in order to expand the family’s holdings but he is not on board with the arranged marriage that was planned for him. Isa is Sebastian’s intended but she is reluctant to participate in an arranged marriage as well. Wanting to meet the woman that he is expected to marry, Sebastian concocts an unorthodox meeting that conceals his true identity while allowing them to build a friendship under the name Baz. However, secrets have a way of being discovered and how will Isa react when she learns the truth about Baz? Overall, this is one storyline with heat and suspense that will keep the pages turning. These two complex characters ignite the pages as readers watch their transformational journey from start to finish. I volunteered to read a copy of this book.

Sebastian wants control to destroy his father. Isa is shocked, mad at her mother for agreeing to the pledge, and doesn't want to meet her future husband until the wedding. Both are independent individuals with lots of secrets and more ties than they realize. This book includes the good and bad of two worlds, German underground and undercover law enforcement. Well written with lots of intrigue and intermingling of old friends, the Lykaios's.

I always enjoy Snow's characters. They're likeable, they're real and they are so devoted when in love. They're also wicked smart and accomplished. Whether they're born rich or poor, they've all made their own fortunes as well.

Sebastian and Eloisa are exactly what I'd expect from Snow but not at all copies of her other characters. They are distinctive among even the men and women of this series. They've also got more layers than initial appearances lead you to believe. They are also both working to rid the world of it's worst human scourges.

I really enjoyed how Snow introduces them to each other and that they are not then strangers on the day of their arranged wedding.

It's so romantic the way Baz (Sebastian) is all in with Isa (Eloisa) really quickly. She's it for him and he has no qualms about letting her know.

My one regret is that the book is so short. I'd have loved to known more about how these two children of mobsters balance their extracurricular activities with their day to day life. Even when Baz eliminates the immediate threat to he and Isa could have been fleshed out more. That said, I still thoroughly enjoyed the story.

Eloisa Benz and Sebastian Weber are pressured by their families to marry each other in order to fulfill an arrangement of which neither of them was aware. There is so much more than meets the eye with this story, and they both have secrets. There are also many unknown threads that tie them together.

Sebastian decides to meet his intended, but doesn’t want Isa to know who he is. He introduces himself as Baz, and the two begin an unconventional friendship. Isa knows they can only be friends, because she knows she has to marry a man she “has never met”.

The sparks definitely fly with these two, and their chemistry together is off the charts. As with all the books in this series, there is a bit of danger and mystery, as well. I loved Isa and Baz. I also enjoyed catching up with some of the other characters from the previous books in the series. Another great story!!

Master of Control is the 5th book in the Gods of Vegas series. This is Sebastian Weber and Eloisa “Isa” Benz. Sebastian’s father Jonas has ordered him to marry to expand their holdings. Sebastian’s dead mother and her best friend arranged a betrothal contract between himself and Isa. Neither are wanting this marriage. But both sides will lose a lot if they don’t marry.

Isa refuses to meet her betrothed before the wedding. Sebastian wants to know who he is to marry. So he arranges to meet her and doesn’t tell her his true identity. He knows he will probably have to pay for not telling her who he is.

Another very enjoyable read. It was good to read more about the familiar faces of the Lykaios’s family.

I love reading books written by Sienna Snow and look forward to reading more by this author. She really knows how to make them hot and steamy! 4.5 STARS
