Experimental Archaeology delving into 17th Century Polish Saber

Enjoyed the history explaining the environment that the martial art developed in a lot. Smiled at all the young pictures at the end of the contributors who are a who's who of HEMA.

There is a ton of various bits from treatises from Meyer to Mair to Giganti that are used to piece together a virtual art described later in the book. Thought it was cool that there was so much stuff on the dussack which is something I have yet to get into.

Highly recommend for anyone into history, sabre, and poland.
