Grand Canyon Adventure!

The heroine: Christie - she has a small farm and runs a no kill animal shelter called Happy Bones, which takes overflow dogs from the other shelters in Flagstaff, Arizona. Over the Christmas season, she is offering free gift wrapping at the Flagstaff mall in order to try to get voluntary donations for her shelter. She broke up with her longtime boyfriend Pierce two weeks ago and is still waiting for him to give her all the financial information for her shelter.
The Heroes: they are park rangers at the Grand Canyon from the National Parks Service.
Riley - He is outgoing and friendly. He supplies the Phantom Ranch Canteen by hiking down into the canyon each day with supplies and out each night with garbage.
Harper - he is a bit on the shy side, though he works in Grand Canyon Village educating tourists on the Canyon.
Logan - he is grumpy and flakey and doesn’t care what anyone thinks. He is a back country ranger who patrols the trails further into the canyon and helps hikers if they get low on hydration or bitten by snakes and such.
The Story: Some of Christie’s volunteers for the gift-wrapping service quit on her, so prior to Black Friday, she is waiting for her new volunteers to arrive while manning the gift-wrapping stations herself. Then two of her three volunteers showed up and she was surprised at how handsome they were. Apparently the third volunteer was a bit flakey, but hopefully he would show up soon. The handsome guys were able to commit to helping out every Wednesday and Sunday till Christmas. Their good looks sure didn’t hurt the donations either.
I have to say that even though I have been absolutely loving all of Cassie Cole’s reverse harem romances. I have to wonder what her fascination with gingers is. So far, just about every book of hers I have read has included a redhead. Mostly they are one of the guys, but in one it was a daughter of one of the guys and I think one was the heroine. Since redheads are less than 2 percent of the population, it seems like she uses them way more than average. Not that there is anything wrong with being a ginger.
This book was super steamy, I really liked how Harper was shy in real life but so dominant in the bedroom. I love how each of the guys is different in their own way and just as sexy as the others. The side storyline about the charity was good, though I could see the conflict in the story coming from the very beginning and I just wanted Christie to step up and deal with it, but she let it go on for far too long. I also loved that they all went hiking into the Grand Canyon. That was interesting on another level, and it just made me think how fit these rangers must be from hiking like that on the daily.

A great read by all means! This was a really fun story. I liked all the boys and Christie. The Christmas setting was fun too. There’s nothing I can really fault it for (besides the drama at the end being dumb but I’m not mad about it). I’m happy.

Dogs Aren't the Only Ones Finding Love
4.5 stars - The hairs on the back of my neck were standing to attention early on and I wasn't disappointed... well, at least not with my intuition. That's all I'm gonna say on that.
Now, onto the juicy stuff! Riley and Harper immediately hit it off with Christie. Logan, on the other hand, made quite the impression - just not the good kind. I love how they get all sorts of naughty together. Christie DEFINITELY enjoys being on the receiving end. While they don't always make the right choices, they are committed to pleasing her - in and out of the bedroom.
It has a great ending. The only thing missing was the bite of karma! 'Cause she really can be a bitch and there's someone who earned her wrath.

Christie owns a dog rescue and always needs volunteers during Christmas to wrap presents at the mall in order to raise money.
Riley and Harper are her two new volunteers who are Rangers at the Grand Canyon. She is immediately attracted to them. Logan is another Ranger who also starts to volunteer.
Christie has just gotten out of a relationship with a dork named Pierce and definitely is ready to try new things.
Her attraction is not one sided. The three Rangers are attracted to her as well.

Pretty spicy! Not the most amazing story line, characters could have used some more depth for sure, but overall a quick, fun Christmas read. If you’re looking for holiday spice over plot line…this one is it.

ok there is alot going on with this book its hard to decide where to start. There is the building relationship between the 3 guys and christie, there is the ex that is not helping things going on. I liked that it was new for all 4 of them

I loved the concept of this story and actually quite liked the book, but couldn't really give it much more than three stars. For me, it fell a bit flat in the character development front and not enough time or attention was given to fleshing out these characters and their motivations.
Aside from Logan's estranged step-sister there was virtually no mention of family or what made the guys best friends or a plethora of other things. At the end of the day I like getting to know everyone and want to fall a little in love myself, but they all kind of blurred together, none of them were particularly memorable. I know, I know, it's a RHR, we're here for the sexy times, but even those were not as passion-filled as I had hoped. I like a lot more descriptive detail about emotions and what a character was feeling but these scenes were rather dry/technical.
I really don't enjoy the first-person alternating perspectives, especially when it doesn't add much to the story, I know it's the cool thing to do these days and I have read stories that use it and are done well but that wasn't really the case here. The entire thing would probably have landed better if told simply from Christie's point of view. There wasn't anything revealed from any of the guy's POVs that couldn't have been revealed through dialogue. I much prefer stories in which the author shows us rather than tells us details and plot points, going back to the friendship between Logan, Riley and Harper I would have liked a little more detail, explain the relationship a little more. I still have no idea if they all met once they started working at the Grand Canyon National Park as rangers, or if they knew each other even before that. What makes them friends, it's the little details that draw the reader and an make them invested.
I enjoyed the little drama with ex-boyfriend, Pierce, but, you guessed it, I would have liked it, and his former relationship with Christie, fleshed out a little more.
All in all, it was a sweet story and I enjoyed it, especially for a quick holiday read, and do recommend it. I might check out the author again, but I'm in no hurry as there are others I have enjoyed far more.

Another fun story by Cassie Cole with lots of character development and lots of steamy scenes. I enjoy how there is a story involved with the three men and Christie. It was a different take on the multiple partners as no one had done that before. It was new for the guys and also Christie.
Christie runs Happy Bones animal shelter and does a fundraiser each year to benefit the non profit business. She sets up gift wrapping stations at the mall and always need volunteers. Lots of which don't show up and do a decent job. This year two very attractive guys show up to volunteer. They do a decent job at wrapping, but a much better job and collecting donations from all the female shoppers who need to have gifts wrapped. Christie thanks Riley and Harper by having them to her farm for dinner as she had lots of leftovers from Thanksgiving. The guys had a little too much to drink which turned into the guys staying overnight. None of them could sleep and ended up meeting up in the hallway and eventually all going back to Christie's room for the night. For never having a threesome before, they all seemed to figure out things quickly.
As the guys were helping Christie with the fundraiser for the season, there was more fun to be had. They even had their friend Logan join in as he was late and missed the first fundraising day. He was told of the bedroom fun and eventually became part of the group sharing Christie.
Multiple one on one scenes, two on one and towards the end we finally got the three on one with the super hot Park Rangers and Christie.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Christine, Harper, Riley, and Logan. Christine is using volunteers to work the tables for her Happy Bones non-profit charity. See she is using volunteers to wrap Christmas presents purchased by shopper and then donate to the charity. Most volunteers don't show up for her though or have mandated community hours they have to put in so she is stuck doing the bulk of the work herself. The other problem she is having is the accounts aren't in her name yet her ex still has control of them. No matter how many requests she has put in he won't turn them into her. So when she sees two young guys coming in she isn't sure what to think when she finds out they are volunteers she knows this is going to get interesting. Each of the guys has their reason for being there and each of them find something special in Christine. But they each wonder come Christmas will they all be on their own for the holiday?
This is another amazing story by this author. It does have its twists and turns I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin any of the surprises in this book. This is a book once you pick it up you will not be able to put it down until you read those two words "the end". I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Dogs, Christmas and Fundraising
This story has a lot of things in it that makes it worth a read. There is of course hot men, explict sex scenes, there is drama and a little bit of scheming. This story revolves around a no kill dog farm and it's own, the "unwrapped" part comes from the fundraiser that she is running at the local mall in order to raise money for the nonprofit. Throughout the story the three men are helping Christie with the fundraiser in the mall and with the dogs at the farm. All the while things are still trying to be worked out with an ex and the men are keeping a secret. I enjoyed this story throughout the main part of the story and the epilogue rounding everything out. Having read a few others of Cassie Cole's stories I would say that this is not her best story but it is still good. Saying that I would rate this story at a 4 out of 5 stars. With a rating of Chili/Cayenne Pepper, the sex scenes are explict and never without more than three people at a time.
I would recommend this book to those who like Cassie Cole's books and are into explict sex scenes with mulitple partners. I also would recommend this book for the sweetness that hides in the book with the romance.

Overall I did like this book. I did feel let down at the end and felt the book was unfinished. Like all Cassie Cole books you know what you are going to get. You will get steam, happily ever after, a reverse harem and some sort of drama that needs to be solved by the four heros/heroine. So you are guaranteed a Happily Ever After and a predictable story, which at this time of 2020 a lot of people want. The only thing about this book is I felt it was a little short I guess to describe it. The drama was not that big of a deal but Christie seemed to blow it out of portion more than needed to be. I guess the author couldn't think of a better drama. The biggest problem I had with this book was the ending. You are left hanging big time with everything about the ex. I want to know what happens and not just maybe guess everything will work out. It was still fun to know I will get a Happily Ever After.

This author has absolutely done it again! I love this author. She is definitely my number one favorite in this genre.
This book was wonderfully written and flowed so well. Captivating from the absolute start never letting up until the end. This book is probably one of my favorites. Such a cute little Christmas book!
The main character is amazing. She’s independent, compassionate, funny, and happy. She loves what she does in running her no kill dog shelter. Riley and Harper are two park rangers volunteering their time helping her wrap gifts for donations. The three of them hit off right away. Logan on the other hand doesn’t. He rubs her the wrong way at first. Together the four of them become unstoppable. Until some twists are thrown at them. Can they find their way back to one another? Or will they all go their separate ways?
This story is not predictable or boring. There are some major twists that leave you wondering what will happen. Held my attention throughout the whole story. I definitely recommend this book. I also cried at the end. It was such a sweet ending.

What an adorable book! Who can resist three seriously hot guys and a dog shelter that rescues dogs from kill shelters?? Certainly not me!
I was a little disappointed in Riley's big secret though. I was expecting it to be something more dramatic, but when it was finally revealed, it felt a bit lackluster to me. I wasn't really shocked or anything.....just disappointed that that's what he was making a big deal out of and hiding.
I also thought that Logan's character turned around pretty quickly. At the start, he was rugged, cold and a bit standoffish. As much as I enjoyed his character as a contrast to Riley and Harper, I felt like his shift to interested in Christie and being a bit gossipy and emotional came out of nowhere.
My favourite character had to be Harper! I loved that he was shy and knowledgeable, then flipped a switch and turned super intense in bed. He made for such a fun character to read and I want to hug that man then do some very naughty things 😂😅

Finding love where you least expect it and finding it times three seems even less likely. Christie has had a miserable breakup with her ex, pierce but she soldiers on as she runs a non profit for older dogs called Happy Bones. Shelters in the area call her when they have unadopted dogs that are going to be put down. Cristie gives them a good home, on her farm until she can find them a forever home. Her annual fundraiser is gift wrapping for donations. She has three new volunteers this year that have her distracted. Harper, Riley and Logan are best friends and work as rangers at the Grand Canyon. They decide to volunteer at the Happy Bones fundraiser for their own reasons. There is a great instant attraction between our characters, a strong moving storyline and of course, this author's steamy reverse harem goodness, all included. I always look forward to reading more. Enjoy!

Oh, the heat is HOT, and the physical chemistry is captivating so be careful you may just get burned all the heat coming off these pages. There were some "oh no" "oh wow" " what the what" moments and add in uncanny mishaps, and shenanigans the good kind that makes you keep turning the pages till last page has been turned. Amazing reverse harem with more shenanigans then a little bit but as stated they will keep you reading. Three large sexy, gorgeous men volunteer to help Christie wrap presents this year their first time. She is so happy to have the extra pairs of hands to help but more excited for the eye candy they are providing to all. The three of them are as different as night and day and the chemistry between the four of them will have you needing a doc. for third degree burns. Riley, Harper and Logan are all attracted to Christie but when the money for the shelter goes missing will they stick around to help figure out who/what happen to the shelter’s money.

Christie new volunteers, Riley & Harper, are the things of pure fantasy as the two hot men attract all the attention as they work her volunteer stands to raise funds for the animal shelter. When their other friend Logan shows up he is just as hot rounding out this delectable trio of man candy that does wonders for boosting the profits of Christie’s fundraising efforts. After a home cooked meal things heat up fast between Christie, Harper and Riley as the men have her for dessert. When Logan gets added to the mix the pleasure level skyrockets as the trio show Christie just how she can take s they bring her to the heights of ecstasy over and over. But demons from their past don’t want to let go and when secrets are revealed, will this trio once again be on their own or will the men be able to show Christie they deserve another chance?

Reverse Harem with awful writing
Why in the world would you call “it” spunk??? This felt like she just had a speed induced night and said, “I’m finishing this tonight!” Then she never came back through and edited for story. There was so much jumping around it was confusing. I don’t expect much out of these little books, but a decent flow is one. There were parts where she had a thought train, but the train never followed. Like a one liner thrown into the middle of a paragraph that led nowhere. There was also a part that was like “if I had known then what I know now…” then did not elaborate. It was also random. It then called into question the narration. Are we in the present telling the story in the past? Or are we in the present and forgot because we are writing in a drug fueled state?
I would not purchase this book. I only read it for book club and because it was free. There are way better RHs out there!

Another great story from Cassie Cole. I really enjoy Cassie Coles books because while there is the sex, it is not the main focus of the book. Don't get me wrong, the character have sex and it is descriptive, so if that's not your thing you may want to pass even thought the story is awesome. In this story, Christie is the owner of an animal rescue and is dependent on the funds raised by her annual gift wrapping event during the Christmas season. For manpower at her wrapping stations at the local mall, she relies on volunteers. She never expected guys like Harper, Riley, and Logan to volunteer let alone the attraction she feels to each of them. Life isn't without baggage and complications so it isn't all smooth sailing for Christie and the men. This is a great story with wonderful characters.

This was a great humanitarian Christmas story. Christie runs a dog shelter and takes on more dogs from other shelters before the animals have to be put down. She's doing a gift wrapping fundraiser at the mall and has new volunteers this year. Riley, Logan and Harper, three National Park Rangers have shown up to help wrap packages. Once Christie lays eyes on them she's attracted to each of them. Maybe her holidays will be alot happier this year. Things are going great until all the money that was raised disappears. What happened? Where did all the money go? There is drama, secrets, laughter, lust and love. Great Reverse Harem Christmas romance. I've been enjoying reading this series Cassie Cole been writing lately about the winter season and this about Christie and her three National Park Rangers; Riley, Harper, and Logan was another very enjoyable read. The chemistry and the characters were likable and the romance simmering, the story was entertaining about Christie who runs a dog shelter that takes hard to adopt dogs from other shelters before their time runs out. For a charity fundraiser Christie sets up tables to wrap presents for Christmas when three Rangers volunteer their time. The chemistry between them brings them together and everyone is happy but when the fund money that they earned for the shelter for goes missing, will this be a bah humbug Christmas? I volunteer to read and review this ARC via Booksprout.

Yet again a lovely reverse harem work by Cassie Cole, ever since I discovered her I have yet to be let down by one of her works. The plot was great and the characters each had their own special attribute that made them different, yet allowed them to work and come together by the end of the story. The whole premise of the plot had me grinning and the interactions between the men was great, their friendship was definitely apparent. I loved this story and can’t wait for another work by Cassie Cole to come across my way.
I give this a five out of five stars. The plot and characters were great; the story was well written and flowed together beautifully.

Christie runs a shelter for dog that is a private no kill animal shelter. Christie rescues them from the dog pound that would other wise be put down. During the Holidays Christie does a free gift wrapping of costumers purchases for a donation to Happy Bone. It helps for Vaccinations, Bedding, food, and of course dog toys. Christie relays on volunteers to help with the fund raising. Harper, Riley and Logan are National Park Rangers for the Grand Canyon. They really like Christie but they don't like what her ex Pierce has don't so they found a way to help her. I enjoyed reading this book. I loved the storyline and plot. LOVED! First off: HARPER was....AMAZING! Major points to all the "shy" guys like Harper out here! Now, Cassie Cole is amazing at writing a romance novel WITH a great plot, no matter what. You not only get a steamy romance, you also get a wonderful storyline with a history, meaning and depth. Every single time! This was a feel good story about Christie, who runs a dog shelter Happy Bones, and the 3 park rangers (Logan, Harper & Riley) who volunteer to help her gift-wrapping fundraiser at the local mall. At first meeting Christie automatically takes to Riley & Harper, but it does take some time for her and Logan to warm up to each other. I won't go into much more detail, but I seriously just loved this book! Nothing to complain about here.

An erotic as well as sweet reverse harem Christmas story that makes you believe in the good will of the season. Christie always sees the good but, then her ex-boyfriend becomes a problem at the same time her new volunteers Grand Canyon Park Rangers, Riley, Harper and Logan become more than Christie expected. The author does an amazing job describing the passion, the intensity and the emotion of not just the heated and immediate connection between Christie, Riley, Harper and Logan but, the major accomplishment of Christie’s hike in the Grand Canyon. This is a Christmas like no other for these characters.

Cassie Cole has become one of my favorite authors for reverse harem stories. If you are looking for a great book with humor, sexy scenes, well developed characters and a story that is not just about the sex, you can’t go wrong with her books.

I LOVE Cassie Cole books! They never disappoint and they are always so well written with such steamy hot scenes guaranteed to melt your panties off! Unwrapped is such a great novel! Christie is such a great character as she is strong and confident though a bit too trusting. Harper is such a sweetie, Riley is a bit of a goofball and Logan is the broody one, but yet they all compliment Christie so well! There was a bit of drama in the story but made it even more entertaining. This is definitely a great addition to my library!
