So again, the sex gets in the way of the story in this addition. It is distracting in that it occurs at times that just don't make sense. People there to kill you? Pause for a make out session. It's not the sex that's a problem, it's the timing. And there's no build up for the reader to want to read about it. The plot has promise. Now that I've got an idea of what a soul eater is, I don't feel driven to weed thru more ill timed make outs and sex scenes so I'll probably stop here with book 3.

Not Bad

The story is great and the plot different to most. The only problem is the constant and lengthy sex scenes. It kind of spoils the action. Its a small wonder that despite the massive power of the protagonist and his keepers their enemies always get further than they should. Thats because if they aren't having sex the main character and his harem are constantly think of it.

Needs reedited

I had been enjoying this series, but the level of mistakes in this book is just too much and needs some serious editing. Incorrect names have been used in places and with a harem this size you need the names to be at least right. Names spelt incorrectly and other words, so many it jarred you out of the story. Constantly repeating themselves and insecurities qnd feelings from other books is boring. Re explaining facts that have been covered when its an internal monologue isnt necessary

This series just keeps getting better! Brea has been keeping us in a steady diet of multiple loveable keepers, more drama and just as many questions as answers. You know that feeling when you have so much love for something that you get tongue tied trying to gush over it? That's me with this series.
I did go and reread the first two because it had been a while, but I still found them as interesting as if it had been the first time. I'm not one that rereads books often, but this series deserves it.

Grrr

That was a seriously messed up place to stop. This felt like half a story. So many questions its almost too many to keep reading. But good characters, good relationship building, good world building, and great ability to pull you in and make you want to keep reading. But all 3 books together would be more of a full novel experience. These feel more like a group of serials.

The whole package

“You will learn that I am not a king to be stepped on but one to be feared.” Harem: check. Swoony romance: check. Action: check. Heat: check, check, check. Love: check x Titos and his incredible men. What does all this equal? Magic—beautiful, otherworldly, fantastic magic wrapped around cuddly, fierce, and sexy edoli who make me want to stay at home and snuggle, fight battles and live in a pool with the molten heat they generate. I NEED the next book yesterday but alas as I can’t control time, I’ll just have to re-read this amazing series again and again.

Action!

So much going on and so many mates! Danger on all sides but new alliances formed. Our guys are still hot and heavy with new keepers. I'm sad I have to wait until Mar 2022 to read the next book!!!

I was a little worried about this one… it took so long for this book to come out, and the. I waited forever to read it… I figured I wouldn’t remember what the hell was going on.

Surprisingly enough though, it’s like everything just fell into place right away.

If you’re reading this for smutty man orgies? Then it’s absolutely perfect. If you’re reading it for plot? Honestly it’s not bad, especially if you’re idea of a good plot included tons of smutty man orgies… I’ll admit though, that I’m a little worried on how Beau is going to wrap everything up.

This book was interesting in a totally new way, I feel like saw a lot more of the keepers pov and them getting to explore their bonds & relationships too with this one.

While they all love Titos, I enjoy seeing them all fall for each other and find what works in each of their relationships. Not just as a group, but individually as well which was done beautifully here.

Especially with Kail and his uncertainty, given him the comfort with Alfrik and the reassurance. Along with him having some time with Gin alone getting to know him more, before he joined them all it was just lovely to see.

Also Mazhi and his realizing how much they all care for him, just all of these guys are so sweet and compliment each other in various ways. I like that explored the different dynamics and their chemistry only gets better with each book, considering more keepers showing up it still works wonderfully.

More introductions in this one too, very overpacked almost with the amount of action going on. The battles, the steam, feelings and bonds - along with the outfits, showing of their different personalities and admiration for each other.

I enjoy seeing Titos fall more into his King role and making choices, while seeking guidance and the support of those around him too. Not diving in on how own, allowing his keepers their voices and showing his different to what most of them have known among Edoli.

Also gaining insight into what Titos is and true origins, learning more about the world and the different types of Edoli is fascinating. Oh and the newest Keeper, who I am already intrigued by got to love a knight in shining armour type.

I am in love with this series and it only grows with each story, excited to see what's next 💛

These guys are melting my heart!

A King to be Feared is the third book in the series and should be read after the previous two.

That was . . . I paused and tried to find the right adjective, but 𝑎𝑚𝑎𝑧𝑖𝑛𝑔 didn’t seem to do justice to what had transpired.
I have been waiting a long time for A King to be Feared and then I had to wait even longer because I had an operation, but finally I have this book in my hands and I’m never letting it go.

What a rollercoaster of intense action, emotion, secrets, magic and fiery passion.

I burned through the pages of this unputdownable book so quickly, when I only wanted to savour the irresistible chemistry between Titos and his men.

What I love is that there are seven protagonists (maybe eight …) and yet I feel like I know each and every one of them.

These guys are melting my heart, they have beyond good intentions and are so protective of each other. Their characters speak volumes. Titos, who will know be known as my Titos, I adore this guy but all seven of their dynamics are beautifully breathtaking.

I loved it and couldn't wait for this book, while not wanting it to end. Its raw, its gritty, its written with such heart and soul. It was sensational. I can’t say enough good things!

*Spoiler* This book does have triggering content such as violence and death.

I listened to the first two books in this series on audible. They were available with my subscription but the rest of the series is not. Well, usually that means my attention span is done with the story but not this time.

I downloaded book three, read it in two days, and book four is already open. This series is so original and I really enjoy it. Each character is so unique and although the insta-love is corny, it never fails to make me smile. I am so obsessed with the world building and lore involved in this series, I would read a GRRM style prequel series about the Soul Eaters if it was made available.

That said, our author so desperately needs a good editor, the typos are rather staggering. The dialogue has some awkward phrasing as well, but it isn’t enough to make me dislike reading this very interesting (and spicy) series.

Fated mates/ shifters/ touch him and die/ age gap/ size difference/ virgin MMC/ MM/ MMM/ MMMM/ MMMMM/ MMMMMM/ MMMMMMM/ polyamory/ found family/ insta-love/ magic/ paranormal

Trigger warning: death of a loved one/ neglectful parenting/ abuse/ trauma/ hurt/comfort/ attempted murder/ death/ murder/ violence

I do like this series but I think I’ll need to take a break from it unfortunately. The story is still interesting but there is just so much going on and now there are so many characters. I need a breather before the MMC adds any more men to his collection.

These books are addictive. I'm continuing to read them notwithstanding the odd writing and odd English. Her writing is improving as the series proceeds. A couple of good beta readers would be very helpful. Pronouns are your friend.

Having said that, the characters are likeable and well delineated, and the plot, when it is noticeable between all the sex, is interesting. The sex (what there is of it...only about 60% of the book at least?) is not boring.

The plot thickens with this book and yeah, sure there's lots of sexy time, but I can get passed that cause the audiobook guy is great lol. We're looking into adding another keeper to the mix and I still don't know when Titos will be done. At least we've learned more about Soul Eaters though, to the next one.

I was excited for the party because I thought, more politicking! But no. It was just more violence and another keeper, but the battle wasn't even very super awesome and we barely learn much about the new keeper-to-be. The new keeper's house knows more about soul eaters, though. So there's that.

Great continuation

Another great story! I do love this series. My only problem was the editing this time around. I found multiple instances where the wrong word was used (wines instead of vines for example). There was also contradiction with the first book. In book 1 Titos had his "sleep spells" every 2 months. In this book it was changed to every 3 months, but it was treated like that was what if always was. Even with these issues, I still love this series and would highly recommend.

This is another step in the journey to Titos discovering his destiny. We introduce a new keeper, and new dangers. One thing I don't like about this series is that each book feels incomplete. They don't end on cliffhangers exactly, but more like in the middle of the plot and that gets old. It's something that frequently happens with this author, like they have a certain amount of words they want to write and refuse to go over that, so they just stop. It makes for choppy writing and that makes me sad as I truly enjoy this series, but it gets a bit frustrating.
There's a lot of excellent world-building, but it's hard to keep track of when you are jumping from plot point to plot point, character to character.
There's a lot of sex, which I don't mind, but it also gets tiresome after a while when there's still so much plot that needs to happen.
I hope the next book helps round things out some with the plot and them actually getting somewhere, aside from the bedroom.

I love this story and the potential is endless. I only have one issue and that is the sex. Its just too much. I feel like am reading a book about a sex worker and not a king. In the future series might I suggest we see the plot evolve beyond sex. Let the sex schene flow with the amaizing story being told and not overpower the content. Right now the plot is disaster then sex then disaster then sex then sex then kingly duty then sex then sex then sex then disaster and so on. I would like to see more of the kingly duties like alliances, grow his territory, interaction with his subject, training of his hunters(this actually shocked me in that after discovering how bad they were in the three books no mention of the hunters being trained.) Disasters etc.
Alot of people like the story but I genuinely believe if you work on the above the next book could have a 4.5 and above rating easily.

A Powerful King to be Feared

Finally got to read the third instalment of OUr King, OUr Master serie and woot! it's getting steamier and even more awesome! Self-discovery in process, new keeper being added and alliances to be made.
Will the Soul Eater finally prevail to be who's he destined to be or will the enemies beat him down along with his keepers. Woot! Cant wait for the next installment and see if there will be a battle or not.

If you like seet and steamy moments in this M-M-M-M Gay Harem then you'd definitely want to read this.

Insanity is most definitely spreading!

great to follow what is taking place with Tito's

I would say that out of the three books this one was at least a little bit of a downer I wanted more such as Cheetos finding out different things and also I like a little bit more action I would like in the first two but it's still a good read and a good book I have all three of them and I bought them from Amazon unlimited I've even purchased the fourth book ahead of time so as a reader of yours I feel that this is a good read I just wish this had a little bit more action to it than feelinng and such
