Strongly recommend getting the printed version of the book as a notebook filled with the answers, responses is not as satisfying. The author does an amazing job of drilling down to what we are really looking for as a human - acceptance, love and understanding. To gain these, we must first accept, love and understand ourselves. What we put into us is what we put out to the world. If you are struggling with self-compassion this is a great starting point on rediscovering the true you. Take it day by day in the bite-sized bits as it is laid out. You will be surprised at the change on day 100.
This is a life changing book. If you follow this Holistic approach. You can have harmony of mind, body and spirit. You can develop control of your thoughts and actions. Instead of letting other's emotions and actions control you. You develop positive thoughts and actions. While also taking care of yourself physically and spiritually. I have an M.A. in Counseling.
