These were all stories from established series, and most of them were revisiting couples from completed books. If you haven't read the original books, these stories might not make sense.

Santa, Baby by Blair Babylon – Peyton, a new member of the hot rock band Killer Valentine, is a reluctant rockstar, having joined the band for reasons of his own. He meets Raji at the wedding of her friend to his bandmate, and they hit it off. Raji doesn't believe that her life as a soon-to-be surgeon is compatible with his as a rockstar, though, and she requests that they date in secret, which they do - for nearly three years, until fate intervenes and gives them a kick in the butt to make a change.
Raji really, really annoyed me. At first, she seemed like a squealing fangirl, then she didn't like the fact that he was a rockstar. She believed she would lose her job if she dated him so she made him her dirty secret. She was always using a really weird line about being a lizard person (because she needed to separate from her emotions at work to successfully operate on people) and she was prepared to give their baby away to a relative, saying that he told er she ould do whatever when she knows darn well he just meant that she could make the decision to have an abortion or not and it had nothing to do with adoption. I really didn't ever warm up to her. I loved Peyton though, and from reading reviews, it seems that I was able to because I hadn't read the other books in the series where he was a total jerk. Yea!

Christmas Shopping for a Billionaire by Julia Kent -- Declan and Shannon are an established couple (new I think - this is a new author/series to me, so I wasn't aware of their backstory) who end up in a hilarious mall Santa/elf scenario with an ill-fitting elf costume, a hot Santa, and a lot of family antics. Very funny - I definitely laughed out loud the whole time I was reading this story.

Bossy Bride: Emma & Jesse by JA Huss -- I couldn't read this one - it seems like it was part of an established story that I haven't read and I had no idea what was going on and since I wasn't invested in the characters, I couldn't make myself continue. I might come back to it at a later date.

Infatuation by Willow Winters -- Lila, a journalist, has gone out to a secretive island where the population is seemingly governed by a well-established family, the Kulls. She meets with one of the brothers, Alec, to get information for her article, and finds more than she bargained for.

A Very Dare Christmas by Carly Phillips -- Ian and Riley, married couple, are rushing through the holidays until Ian whisks her away for some alone time.

Delight Me by J. Kenner -- Damian and Nikki - Christmas is fast approaching and Nikki wants the whole family together for Christmas. It looks like her dad won't make it...unless her super sneaky, super-rich, super loving husband goes to fetch him. A short adventure with a HEA.

Sweet Liar by Laurelin Paige -- Dylan and Audrey meet because Audrey's sister works for one of Dylan's partners. Dylan is much older and not necessarily looking for a relationship. Audrey is a romantic who needs someone to teach her about love - well, sex, mostly. This ends abruptly with a sequel available.

I've read several of these stories.

Christmas Shopping for a Billionaire by Julia Kent was as always a hilarious Shannon and Declan story complete with the usual family hijinx. Declan as Santa and Shannon as his elf gives us no holds barred funny with not completely safe for children's eyes craziness.

Bossy Bride Christmas by JA Huss: What a flipping rollercoaster ride that was. It was not even close to what I was expecting but it was EVERYTHING I never thought I needed from a JA Huss book. I loved Jesse and Emma...from the beginning they were the first on this Bossy Brothers ride and they were the ones closest to my heart. I wanted them to have everything they ever wanted. Little did I know that these two would take us on an exhilarating, heart stopping, death inducing ride cross country and then some. I think...I do believe I'd like to be a Dumas because yeah...we know the Boston brothers are all that...but the true stars are the Dumas family -- but in the end...love always prevails even when you think you don't deserve it, couldn't possibly handle it, when it seems to be slipping from your grasp...it WILL prevail. What a flipping ride that was!

Christmas Shopping for a Billionaire by Julia Kent
Oh my... We probably didn't need to witness this little holiday disaster, but it gives a greater appreciation for the insanity that Shannon and Declan deal with in their inner circle of family and friends on a daily basis. It's laugh-out-loud funny and way too short.
After reading this through again, I'm not sure exactly what the difference is, but I find I'm not as critical of the story this time around. Maybe it's because I'm going through Shopping withdrawal, maybe it's because I've now seen what happens during Shannon and Declan's next big Christmas, or maybe it's even just the difference between reading and listening. Whatever it was, I was so glad to be reminded how much I love this series.

I didn't read all the stories. I probably would have been more interested if I had read some of these authors before since most of the stories appeared to revisit series by the authors. However because I hadn't this one didn't really hold my interest.

1. Santa, Baby by Blair Babylon, 0 to 36%, 4 stars
Peyton & Raji have very different careers. He’s an unwilling rock star, she’s an up and coming surgeon. They decide to hook up together as friends with benefits whenever the opportunity presents itself. However, every time they meet it has to be secret, since it could destroy her career.

This was a nice story. I liked the details about how the wedding proposals didn’t work (the 2nd one made me sad, but the reason for the answer to the proposal was clearly described). It was annoying when Peyton gave the interview to the reporter at the end, we had to guess what the questions were, since we only saw his answers. All in all, though, this was enjoyable to read.

2. Christmas Shopping for a Billionaire by Julia Kent, 36% to 41%, 5 stars

This is a short story about Shannon & Declan. She is called to work as an elf for Christmas, a sexy, sluttty elf, that is, or a Ho Ho Ho... Declan ends up being roped into dressing up as Santa in a costume. Shannon keeps having to readjust her headlights, & she discovers Declan is actually Jason Bourne. Women line up for pictures with Santa without any kids.

This short story has everything... Agnes, Chuckles, Santa scrotum jokes, Declan going up Shannon’s chimney...

3. Bossy Bride by JA Huss, 41% to 67%, 3 stars

In this story, Emma is planning to get married to Jesse, the man of her dreams. However, her meddling mother ends up inviting Karen to be a part of her wedding. Karen is an old bully from when Jesse was young. In order to get back at her bossy mother, Emma decides they should get married in Vegas without anyone else there.

In the beginning, there are a lot of descriptions of things that happened in the past (probably so we can understand the various characters’ back stories, but this wasn’t really necessary & just made things a bit confusing, to be honest). It gets easier to read about a third of the way in.

When they go to Vegas, it really seems unbelievable everything that happens, along with just the idea of spending 100k in just a few hours.

As for the ending, with Karen’s involvement... Ugh. That was disappointing, to be honest.

All in all, I understand the whole thing was a set up for the story, but the idea of going to Vegas to skip over Karen’s contribution both to & in the wedding was just too exaggerated for me.

The ending was both annoying & perfect. I didn’t like how the Karen debacle ended, but I loved Emma’s gift to Jesse...

4. Infatuation by Willow Winters, 67 % to 75%, 1 star - Can I give this one 0 stars???

Lila goes to an island to interview Alek. She seems to be infatuated with him from the start, before he even says anything. He seems to feel the same way about her, but it’s almost creepy the way he chose her to come interview him & then date him. When they sleep together the first time, I don’t like it since he suggests doing it anyway (since they don’t have birth control - not even condoms), & he just says he’ll send for the morning after pill... Ugh... They should have been adults & just fooled around, instead of that... After they get together again, no mention is made of condoms, either.

The last chapter is from Alek’s point of view, & here we finally discover that he lied about the fake birth control & he planned all of it - from her specifically coming to see him, to the boat being broken (so she can’t leave), etc... He did it all to basically force her to stay with him.

Then there’s an author’s note (as there often is) about how if we enjoyed this book, we’ll like another book...

Umm, no... I did not enjoy it. I rarely say this, but this book is the beginning of a nightmare where he behaves like a stalker & controls her & her body against her full will.

NO!!!

5. A Very Dare Christmas by Carly Phillips, 75% to 77%, 3 stars

Ian kidnaps his wife Riley for an erotic weekend to try to reconnect with her... It’s a very short, sweet chapter (only 13 mins long). During this short chapter, Ian decides they need to sleep together without protection & without talking to his wife before this. I know she agrees, but this part doesn’t sit well with me... There should have been some talk about if they were both ready before actually getting to this step, even if they were in a somewhat sub/master relationship.

6. Delight Me by J. Kenner, 77% to 85%, 4 stars

Nikki & Damian had planned on spending the holidays together, but Damien wants it to be very special for his wife... So he leaves to try to go fetch her father for her, who happens to be in Mexico. However, the airline strike makes it harder for him to get his FIL & things are complicated for him to return home in time for Xmas...

7. Sweet Liar by Laurelin Paige, 85% to 100%, 3.5 stars

Dylan & Audrey... He’s a bachelor set in his ways, she’s a person who is secure in herself & what she wants & believes. She may be young, he might be older & more experienced (as well as jaded by love), but he might not be a match for her & what she’s able to make him feel.

However, this story is unfinished. The conclusion is in another book. This part is already short, but to know it’s not even near the end is disappointing, tbh.

This is an OK set of romances. Some were good, some not so good. Overall, the set gets 3 stars from me.

Infatuation by Willow Winters, 1 star -- I won't give spoilers, but I found this story very disturbing. What the H does to keep the h with him is absolutely awful. It is not an example of love, but obsession. I didn't consider this a romance at all -- seemed more like a horror to me -- and honestly wish I had not read it.

Sweet Liar by Laurelin Paige, Did Not Read This, so no rating -- I didn't read this one, because I discovered it is only book one of a duet, and the 2nd book is not free. I can't stand when authors offer one book for free, knowing that readers will have to purchase the rest of the series to find out the end. From the description of the story, I also didn't think I would like the H very much.

A Very Dare Christmas by Carly Phillips. 3.5 stars -- This is a sweet and steamy follow up to a book I read some time ago. I had a little trouble remembering some of the book, but this story did refresh my memory. I enjoyed it.

Delight Me by J. Kenner, 3 stars -- This is a follow up to a romance series I have not read. It is a sweet and steamy story, but I had a lot of trouble connecting with the many characters. It would have been much better if I had read the series it follows first.

Christmas Shopping for a Billionaire by Julia Kent, 4 stars -- I read this some time ago, since I've read all of Julie Kent's Shopping series. It was hilarious, as they all are, and I enjoyed it a lot. I highly recommend Julia's shopping series to anyone who likes hilarious, sweet, and sexy rom-coms.

Bossy Bride by JA Huss, Did Not Read, so no rating -- The description of this novella just didn't appeal to me, so I didn't read it. It sounded like it was about spoiled, entitled rich people who behave badly -- and that really turns me off.

Santa, Baby by Blair Babylon, 4 stars – I read this some time ago, since I've read all of Blair Babylon's Rock Stars In Disguise series. It was a good erotic romance, with lots of steamy scenes. I really liked Peyton in this. He grew so much since he was first introduced, and became a really good guy. I liked Raji too, but I wished she had been a little less determined to be cold and unemotional. I know she did that so that she could make it thru her medical residency and because she didn't trust men -- but it got old when she started using that as an excuse to act like she didn't care about Peyton. I did like that they found their HEA.

My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

Oh, Peyton what a kinky nice guy you turned out to be.

So far, I've only had a chance to read Santa Baby by Blair Babylon and I loved it. This boxed set includes books by so many other fantastic authors that I hope to read soon. I actually read Santa Baby when it was first released back in November 2017 and I loved paging through it again.

We met Peyton back during the Rock Stars in Disguise: Georgie series. Peyton and Georgie had a relationship when they were young but Peyton did something pretty bad to destroy that relationship and their friendship. He came back into her life after she was involved with Xan (Alexandre) and apologized for his misdeeds but it was too late; Georgie was in love with Xan.

I'm so glad that Blair decided to give Peyton his HEA and tell us more about him. He is introduced to Raji at a mutual friend's wedding. They have a quick hook-up and the sparks fly. Raji is a cardiothoracic surgical resident; her only goal is to become the best heart surgeon in the world. She lives for medicine and will let nothing get in her way. That is until life throws her a curve.

Peyton was a bit of a jerk in the Georgie books but boy does he redeem himself in Santa Baby. He and Raji agree to keep tearing up the sheets with each other without any commitment; that's the way Raji wants it. Peyton loves her and will agree to anything to keep her in his life. Unfortunately, when life throws Raji a curve she backs away from Peyton. From the title we already know that a baby is involved but I'm not giving anything else away. The only other thing I'll say is that there is definitely an HEA for Peyton and Raji, just the way there should be.

Blair Babylon's writing always helps to enrich my vocabulary. 😊 Here are a few of the words I looked up while reading Peyton's story: rictus, titer, susurration, and parturition. I love everything about her stories and I can't wait for the next one!

I've chosen to specifically review 'Blair Babylon's Santa Baby' as it's slightly different to the others & touched my heart more deeply!💕

This story spans Peyton & Raji's relationship over approximately 3 years & then the final chapter is around an extra 18 months. It's sexy, he's the boss in the bedroom, they laugh together a lot but she shys away from any sort of commitment. She is a Cardiothoracic Surgical Registrar & believes she has no heart to love a man with. From all she's seen and experienced, men don't stick around anyway (Daddy issues). So their relationship is friends with sexy hot benefits.🔥 They absolutely can NEVER be seen/connected in public together as he's a 'Rock Star' in Killer Valentine. Her bosses, apparently, will assume he takes drugs & that she steals them from the hospital for him. Her close friend & Colleague seems to think the same way, so it's not that far fetched!!😱

From the title you can guess what eventually happens. It's such a sad time instead of joyous.😢 It's full of misunderstandings, unclear communication until eventually bad decisions break them up.💔 It's awful, my heart hurt for them both!!😔

I'm so very glad this book was included in this set. It turned out to be one of my favourites. Plus there are hilarious, romantic & steaming hot scenes too!💘🔥I highly recommend this fantastic opportunity to own these amazing reads, it's impossible to be disappointed by the quantity and especially their quality!🌟

Once again, Blair Babylon has delivered a funny, sexy, dramatic story in her Rock Stars in Disguise series. I have read almost all of her stories and have yet to be disappointed. Once I start reading I don't want to put the book down, and Santa, Baby was no exception. These are books that I read over again, as well, sitting in my collection of favorites. Peyton and Raji have a roller coaster ride in this story that pulled me along every step of the way, all starting with incredible chemistry. I definitely wanted these two to get their HEA and was torn at that moment where it looked like that wouldn't happen. Santa Baby is a great addition to the series!! Another fun read by Julia Kent! Julia has once again brought humor to her sexy stories as two people deal with the trials and tribulations of a relationship. Her writing really helps you picture the scenes in your head and make you laugh. The characters are imperfect and although most of us can't relate to what it would be like to be a billionaire (or millionaire for that matter), her characters deal with issues we CAN relate to - and adds humor to their struggles. Will read again...great for reading at the beach or by the pool! I have yet to read a book by Julia Kent that I haven't enjoyed! Haven't read the others yet, but knowing the authors, they're sure to be great reads as well!!

At this point, I've only read the one book from this collection by Blair Babylon, but since the book has now been released, I didn't want to hesitate in posting my review.

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review. Like meeting up with old friends, once again I was sucked into the world of Killer Valentine. Each time Blair Babylon dedicates a book to a specific character, she somehow makes me fall in love with them, to the point that I almost forget about how much I've loved the others. Each character is lovingly and painstakingly created and brought to life so that I feel their pain and their joy. I especially loved when Georgie told Peyton what she thought of him towards the end of the book. I don't generally get overly emotional when I read because it's pretty easy to remember I'm reading a book, and it's fictional. That doesn't seem to matter when I read one of Blair Babylon’s books because I'm just certain these are real people.

I'm not going to give a synopsis of the story; you can read the blurb for that. What I am going to say is that any time you have the opportunity to read a book from Blair Babylon, drop everything and do it. She is a master storyteller and I highly recommend everything of hers. This one is relatively short, but packs an emotional punch. Of course, it has a HEA.

Santa Baby by Blair Babylon… a funny, flirty and heartfelt story!

Peyton Cabot is a classically trained pianist playing bass guitar for world-famous rock band Killer Valentine. Certainly a dream gig for most twenty-something guitarists; but not so much for this reluctant rock star who’s tired of the merry-go-round madness and loneliness of constant touring. When a chance encounter produces a real connection, how far will Peyton go to keep this enchanting woman in his life?

I loved this funny, flirty and heartfelt story! I enjoyed the sweet and sexy relationship that evolved between Peyton and Raji – their intense chemistry and passionate encounters. As individuals, they certainly seemed to have more than their share of obstacles to overcome to find their HEA as a couple. The story is well written, with intriguing characters, plenty of drama, angst, humor and explicit encounters – some of which feature elements of BDSM. This story is set in the world of Killer Valentine, and can be found in Blair’s ‘Rock Stars in Disguise’ series.

I loved this box set, and I was so happy to see my girl, Blair Babylon’s Santa Baby there too! I’ll read anything with her name on it. I’ve read Santa Baby a few times, but like all of Blair’s books, you get something new every time. This is one of my favourite books. Peyton is a very complicated man. He’s a reluctant rock star, still trying to make amends, to an old friend he hurt. He wants to do something else but doesn’t know what, so he’ll stay till he has a reason to leave. Raji knows what she wants, and that is to finish her internship and become the best heart surgeon in the city. She has no time for relationships, but she does have time for a romp with a hot rock star! The chemistry is off the charts, so maybe they can have a casual hookup, when their calendars match up. They spend so much time avoiding falling in love, they don’t realize they have. They cause a lot of misunderstandings and heartache for each other. Will they fix what they broke? You have to read this to find out. Grab this book today and I guarantee you’ll be looking up the series!!

Great collection of Steamy Billionaire Holiday Romance stories to keep you warm on those cold winter nights. This set was an engaging introduction to some popular series for those who have not read stories by all these authors. For readers who are already fans, there was some holiday humour, steam heat and fond catching up with favourite characters.

The series I am most familiar with is Santa, Baby by Blair Babylon – While Peyton was not a favourite character in the Georgie/Xan Valentine Rockstar Series, in this story he turns out to be a nice guy, repentant over past mistakes. It was lovely to see him find his HEA with a difficult, ambitious heart surgeon Raji. After a series of secret hook-up encounters hidden from their mutual friends, feelings start to grow. There is lots of angst around a surprise baby that completely changes the course of their lives, of course leading to the obligatory temporary break-up, but they get to their HEA in the end. Loved the interactions with other extended family members of Killer Valentine.

A bunch of fun Christmas time stories! With stories that catch up with some series' couples during the Christmas season. It's a box set mixed with different stories, from secret baby, to a mall Santa gig to Christmas spent with extended families.

Loved Santa, Baby by Blair Babylon, Peyton Cabot, the bassist for the rock band Killer Valentine & Raji Kannan a tough cardiothoracic surgeon are an intense couple, both together and apart. The reluctant rocker, last single band member living the life of the 3rd wheel. Stealing moments when Peyton can meet up with Raji in different cities as their schedules allow. However, Raji, the rebellious India surgeon self-described with stone cold lizzard’s heart has made it clear to Peyton a friends with benefits is all she's capable of giving him. Can these two bend and flex with each other to get to where they want to be? Change their life plans for each other? Can a Christmas surprise bring them together or will it tear them apart? Our preppy boy has a kinky dark side and it comes out with one of the women at the wedding of his bandmate. Raji wants though every last drop of this beast she wants...

In following with my get me in the Christmas spirit read-a-thon I grabbed a copy of this seven-author read.

I’m not going to go through book by book (some long and some short) I’m going to just say this, there were laughs, there was hot smokin’ sex, there were billionaires who would do pretty much anything thing for the loves and little’s.

One of my take aways was why the heck didn’t I marry a billionaire…oh well….

If one or two or even more of these authors are ones you read on a regular basis it’s a good way to celebrate the holidays with them and if you end up reading a new author or two, it certainly makes it worth your while.

Enjoyable reads that can be stretched over a number of days and characters that make each story worth reading.

Plenty of Cheer Packed in Here!
This is a great anthology with some of the best romance authors contributing. I'll admit, I did have two personal favorite stories in the bunch. To me, Julia Kent's Christmas Shopping for a Billionaire made this collection worth picking up all by itself. It's full of LOL moments that had me rolling through the pages over a certain #HotSanta.

Then there was Blair Babylon's Santa Baby, another awesome read featuring her Rock Star in Disguise, Peyton Cabot. Much like Julia Kent's read, this story made the anthology complete for me as well. With five other big name authors, all of whom are fabulous in their own right, this is a complete can't miss.

Starting in the middle of the plot

Since I’ve already read the entire series of two of these “books”, I skipped them.
That being said, the remaining stories started halfway through each series of the books they were taken from. None are stand-alone books.
I felt like I had come into a story halfway through the plot.… Like watching a movie from the middle instead of from the beginning. Many of the characters were known to those who had read the series, but ended up being frustrating to me, since I didn’t know their backstory.
Of course, this collection was a freebie, so I should have been somewhat “warned”. Fool me once, same on them, fool me twice, shame on me. I will not accept this type of book collection again.

Read These! Especially Santa Baby!

All of the stories are great but my favorite is Blair Babylon's Santa Baby. Peyton and Raji's relationship is so unexpected and fun. I loved how they went from two people who were completely against relationships and love to wanting to be together. The lizard people bit is great! The sex is super hot! You'll be completely in love with Peyton in no time. It's very easy to respect Raji and what she's trying to accomplish with her life as well. After you've read this story I highly recommend the rest of Blair's Rockstar series as well as her Billionaire's series.

In this box set, I read Santa Baby by Blair Babylon. In this book I was glad to see that Peyton finally got his story told! This was a good read that was light and had a fast moving timeline for the events that took place in the book but it was not too fast making it seem like as a reader I missed something. The characters Peyton and Raji made a good pair for what they started their relationship as and had chemistry. It was also nice to get a better insight into Peyton and to see that he had closure in his story with KV. I enjoyed this book from start to finish as I have all of Ms. Babylon's other books and would recommend it to others.

Included in this boxed set is Santa Baby by Blair Babylon. The story of Peyton and Raji was exciting, sexy, fun, emotional, and heart-wrenching. It crossed cultural boundaries; spoke to women in a predominantly male workforce, perserverance, and a strong work ethic. It was truly amazing. And the best part, you got to catch up with all of the other members of the band!
Now off to read the other stories in this phenomenal boxed set!

Awesome book.

I loved getting to try new authors. I got this arc for the story by Carly Phillips. Loved getting more of the Dare’s. Loved how Ian made special plans for him and his wife Riley. It’s a very heartwarming story with a special surprise. Each book was complete. I also really loved the story by J.Kenner, she’s new to me and I signed up for her newsletter. Another favorite was the story by Willow Winters. Loved how instantly Lila and Alec fall for each other. I highly recommend this book.

Lila works for a magazine that tasks her to interview Alec Kulls who is elusive and very private. He is from a historic Island in Alaska. Everything about this place is mysterious, especially Alec and his family.. When Lila and Alec meet, the sexual attraction is electric. Alec specifically wanted her to interview him and will do everything to keep her. I found myself wanting more and for this story not to end.
