Looking Within will help put you back on the right track in your relationship with God, family and most importantly yourself. Looking Within is filled with the issues of life that we all face at some point in our lives. The book is a great
teaching tool that can be kept in your collection of books to revert back to and remember that God gives us choices and we can be secure in the knowledge of God. The funny stories and the moral upbringing of the author will enlighten you on how important our past is. Finally the book ends by giving the reader hope and peace within knowing that God never leaves us and that we can do all things through Christ even saying no when we should.

We want to blame others but have we really examined our behaviors and contributions to the outcome of our life? Lekevie Johnson does a masterful job at connecting our decisions, outcomes, and who is truly responsible—in any situation. I love that as a pastor, he began with his life and decisions as an example. Heartfelt, significant lessons. I recommend this book to anyone looking for why negative things keep happening and how to change that outcome.

Lekevie Johnson did his work, and shares with us in (9) chapters what it looked like for him. As with everything, he starts at the beginning with Adam & Eve. This excellent, fast read has everything within for a awesome play or movie. Scandal, hurt, victory, love, church, singing & lessons learned. Great Book! #TylerPerry

Lekevie Johnson writes from a place of honesty and passion. His narrative, taking us from a scared kid in Mississippi to a hungry young Marine to a reluctant pastor, weaves wisdom and truth in a unique and encouraging way. I would recommend this book to any person looking for perspective, encouragement, or hope.
