Surprisingly, a lot of info packed on one page, but still suitable for kids.
Each state has a page, with the state nickname, state flower, animal and bird, some iconic buidlings and/or trivia. And all in Hello Kitty style....

Did you know that South Carolina has the largest ginkgo biloba plantations plantations in the U.S.? No? Me either. Furthermore, there are ginkgo biloba plantations?

Whatever improvements this book may lead to in Japanese-American relations may be undone by the perceived threat of a Japanese takeover of American culture that has lingered on since the 1980s.

Opened this book on Christmas Eve. I will likely never get over my Hello Kitty obsession. Each page shows labeled images and superlatives of a state. Predictably adorable.
