Unique plotline. Love the characters.

The cliffhanger quite irritated me, the author was supposed to mention it in the disclaimer. I've read both versions of Care, frankly, I've read a better mafia book than this one. The story is pretty decent, I'm the type of reader who feels the characters' pain, joy, etc but the heroine was quite frustrating and whiny, she's the type of character she portrayed as sweet and kind but I hate it because she just confused all the time. The hero was straightforward, and his mental health was very well explained. I've rarely read a story where Autism was the main character, and I really enjoyed it because it was different. All in all, this book just ends up annoyed me rather than exciting me.

the book is really well written. I love the fact that the story is different than the other mafia's books. The chemistry between Adrik and Avelina is incredible !
I'm literally obsessed with it, I follow the author on Instagram because she puts countdown on her story for each chapter and sometimes she puts a teaser of the next chapter.

Menuda sorpresa me ha llevado con este libro. Nunca había leído nada de la autora y me decidí por este por las buenas reseñas que tenía y he de decir que son totalmente justificadas.
Lo que más me llamó la atención fue la premisa, y es que aquí, el protagonista masculino tiene síndrome de Asperger. Creo que se trata muy bien este tema a lo largo del libro aunque es cierto que Adrik ha sufrido mucho y lo ha pasado mal durante mucho tiempo. Me ha gustado mucho ver su evolución a lo largo de la historia, como él apenas es capaz de hablar con muy pocas personas pero a la vez va desarrollando sus sentimientos hacia Avelina.
Respecto a Avelina su historia me ha parecido muy dura. Todo lo que ella ha vivido en Brasil es muy difícil, pero ha sabido salir adelante y labrarse un futuro. Sin embargo, cuando todo explota sufro mucho por ella y por la posición en la que se encuentra.
He de decir que este final del libro me ha dejado muy intrigada. Que acabe así y más justo en el momento en que lo hace te deja con muchísimas ganas de saber más. Estoy deseando que se publique el siguiente y leerlo 🙊

I’m not sure if this was originally a wattpad story but the writing was kind of off and definitely gave wattpad vibes lol. Overall I really liked the concept and you rarely see MC’s with Asperger, especially an H who is a mafia boss, so that was really interesting to read! The only cons that I find is that this is very insta love and some of the plot was inconsistent like towards the second half it’s like the H’s Aspergers was less prominent all of a sudden. It also ends in a cliffhanger *sigh*

I appreciate an author who has taken the time to research about abnormal psychology or mental illnesses - for the lack of a better term. Therefore, Ashley, it is with immense pleasure to tell you that Adrik and I have eloped behind your back. I'm not going to give him back anytime soon.🤣 He’s so funny; he had me laughing so much. The freaking napkins.😹 His humor is supreme. My Wattpad comments can verify that lol... I want to know if Avelina is pregnant🤔 I want a little Adrik I can ✨kidnap✨

Really cool to have the hero be autistic. Loved that part A lot and in the beginning of the heroine and hero interacting the autism was well executed in some pretty hot scenes.
I have to say the Author made Aspergers pretty steamy and was very creative in using it in an edgy way.
The second half of the book unfortunately was not great.
The plot got a little convoluted in an unnecessary way. The autism started being less prominent all of a sudden. Then the interactions between everyone started making less. Including her conversation with her old boss.
There were some very well written steamy scenes but there were also some weirdly worded things that made some of the moments feel clunky.
Like when she stopped to describe the girls clitoral hood and her clit peaking out from under it. Meh.
Definitely worth a read because VERRA HAWT Autistic Intense Hero and the first half of the book will have you overlooking the tired mob boss trope the story could have been better without.

I’m not sure how I feel abt this book… in the beginning I wasn’t really feeling the H but as I continued reading it I learned more abt the man and started to like him a lot. He was actually so vulnerable and sweet. He was a mafia boss yet so cute. He really loves the h and you can really see that. You really see him learning how to express his emotions throughout this book and it’s actually beautiful to see. One thing I love about A. Marie are her beautiful spicy scenes🤭 she truly never disappoints ❤️I like that in this book it’s from 3rd person so you can really see everyone’s points of views, even the most random people.
The only thing I would change about the book would be the ending/ cliffhanger. I can’t believe I have to wait until the second book I have never been this early to a book series in my life and I don’t know if I like it or not💔

Didn’t think this book would be my cup of tea and I was hesitant at first but I’m so glad I chose to read it! Unknowingly, I fell in love with Adrik and his little “quirks”. The way he takes things so literal and says what’s on his mind makes him so adorable, and he’s not even trying.
Big props to the author for tackling such a tricky topic to write about. It must’ve been scary, especially when it is something you’re not familiar with. However, I think she did a great job of bringing awareness to ASD.

DNF at 20%. The story had no depth and the author could not make me feel a thing for the characters, that spoke like robots even though only ONE of them, the H, had ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) while the h did not. Still, it all felt pretty blank and sterile to me, even the so-called “sexy scenes”. I was also annoyed at having lost 2 hours of my time so I can safely say that I DO NOT recommend this book. Sry not sry...🤛🏼

I really enjoyed this book, many people who read this book do not understand it’s a representation or the possibility of enduring a relationship with a partner who is diagnosed with autism. It is a very mature book, yet we all love the fantasy side to it who doesn’t. In my many years of reading books on wattpad this book has absolutely fascinated me. I cannot wait till the second book is released. Pre-order has been made !

It only took 2 nights to get through it and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it all day. The storyline is amazing, and I love that it's not a cliche mafia/rom, A.M put a great spin to it. Yall, what a couple!

This was so good. I think what I enjoyed most was the complexity of the characters and how well they seemed to mend together as a pair. I cannot wait to read the second book to see what happens next.
