I tried the first recipe in this book 'Cheese Bread', and I wouldn't try any others ever again.

The good - the ingredients are listed in cups, grams, and ounces, which I really appreciated. Hence +1 star.

The bad - the 'Cheese Bread' had the consistency of cake, it smelled and tasted like a combination of cheese and yorkshire pudding, and it wouldn't even toast! Instead, it crumbled into the toaster, which was not pleasant.

Conclusion - I'm never trying any of these recipes again, and the loaf I baked is most likely going to end up in the bin, it's the most bizarre bread I've ever had.
